Carrier iPhone 7/7+ T-Mobile Pre-Order Thread

I've been lurking here for the last couple of days, time to join in on the fun

Ordered a jet black iPhone 7+ 128g, 9/9 12:30 pst eip signed within 5 minutes . Standard upgrade no jump or jod

I have yet to be charged received shipping, anything my current estimated ship date is 9/27-10/24

Like most of you I was told by the person taking my order guaranteed launch day. Also told by a supervising rep on friday afternoon that my estimated ship date was an error.

After reading through this thread the last few days I know I'm not alone, and it feels good to not be the only one.

I'm not expecting my phone on launch day, but, I am hoping for some jet blacks to get shipped so I can have some confirmation that mine isn't coming in on Friday. Give me a little peace of mind. But I thank you all, for the info and the updates, it's been very interesting to read. Now, I want to join in the conversation . Thanks macrumors. For bringing people together.

Well, a lot of people have successfully preordered, just not jet/black iPhones. Apple could have announced before the pre order period began that there wouldn't be enough to fill projected orders but then we all would have ordered another flavor and it would be even more chaotic than it is.
Regardless, this isn't over yet, planes are still unloading, Tmo and UPS are still processing orders and shipments.

Re: the 2pm cutoff... I have things shipped to my home daily through UPS, USPS and FedEx. Many of these phones are leaving from Louisville... and I have a feeling this 2pm cutoff is equivalent to 5pmEST... So, I wouldn't assume anything about tomorrow until roughly 5pm today, and even then... This will prove to be a unique shipping schedule, I believe.

Everyone... if you have an apple watch, use the new "Breathe" app in watchOS3 and take some deep breaths... 🙂 We will get through this.

Because a lot of us are actually getting the phones, hence the pre-order.

What would you rather have? First dibs when they come to the warehouses, or having to constantly monitor it and calling to order once you see stock open, which would be AFTER it would ship if you preordered....

The entitlement is real around here today...........

Two years ago when the 6 came out, I received no shipping notifications until five hours after my phone was in my hand on release day. I received the phone has been delivered email the day after I had it.

Phones could be in a queue waiting to get slapped with labels until probably close to midnight and still make it to us tomorrow.

I agree, one thing I'd like to know from previous tmobile preorder victims is if your cards were charged before the surprise deliveries. I understand the shipping process getting so fouled up that stuff goes out before the system knows about it, I've lived through many a Christmas after all, but I just can't see tmobile neglecting to collect the money before they ship the fun stuff.

Regarding the black 7+ people, we all seem to have the 9/27-10/10 date. This makes me think that since T-Mobile does not have those in yet that to be safe they have that date. But for some reason I feel like all those are being shipped last on some of these flights coming in tomorrow early AM morning and tonight. T-Mobile could have this date has a backup, because they would never want to give us a date and have to phone come later. I'm hoping since we have seen NO activity yet for any black + people really, that they are all on these planes and that is why T-Mobile doesn't want to say too much because they don't know much.

For the record, this is my first pre-order and probably will be my last. I feel frustrated because I don't have any experience with past pre-orders and so I have no idea what to expect.

Oh I agree it's very frustrating. I'm spinning round in circles even though I have five iphones in transit. The one I actually want is in limbo... which doesn't even exist anymore so that's fun.

I can verify that. Happened with my iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S Plus. Both were shipped to me on release date without any charge or shipping notification from T Mobile or UPS until hours after i received it.

I have 2 black 7+ estimated for 9/19-9/26 and still have nothing 🙁

I have a matte black 7+ order with 9/19-9/26 estimated ship date. What I haven't seen is a black 7+ with a 9/15-9/16 ship date.
