I wouldn't say your throwing caution in the wind, because the 7+ has some good things going for it.
Personally I think it will be worth the wait, although I probably won't make use of the 256gb 🙂

You guys I'm freaking out now. I just noticed that my Order Processed notification was made on the 12th. Maybe it's coming tomorrow then 😀 😀 😀

100% agree I usually just stuck with the normal sizes due to pocket space/having a higher likely-hood of getting it launch day, had a feeling this might happen but ordered hoping I'd get it in time to take on vacation but it'll be there when I get back for next time at least.

At this point my Plus 128 Silver is in my local distro center. So stoked!!

Did people know that starting today only way to get the iphone on us promo you need to be on the new Tmobile ONE plan...? I was ready to go in store and take the promo...

Someone mentioned that, I am on simple choice, doesn't matter either way to me, but it would be nice to save some money 🙂

So this sucks. My boss and I are on the Unlimited Simple Choice Plan. As you all know I pre order iPhone 7 last week with trading in iPhone 6 promotion. So today my boss wanted to pre order iPhone 7 today and trade in iPhone 6 he got today for $200. T-Mobile told him he can't do the promotion because yesterday was last day to do it under the Simple choice plan. So if you want to get iPhone 7 for free you have to switch your plane to the new plan which is stupid. Did anybody else know about this?

Yes it was "quietly" announced yesterday with about 6 hours left to get in on it.
 
i really hate it that i have to sign up for a new account just because i couldn't remember the password for my old account that i stopped using years ago.

so i did the unthinkable and cancel my iPhone 7 Plus Jet Black 128gb. because they won't ship anything until november. and i can't wait that long 'cause i'm switching from AT&T and i don't wanna keep dealing with them anymore. so just half an hour ago, i requested to cancel the phones (all ordered in one transaction) -- both black and jet black were holding the rose gold to get shipped. and so, i canceled it and... ordered the phones separately.

Silver Plus 32gb -- 10/10 - 10/24
Rose Gold Plus 32gb -- 10/10 - 10/24
Black Plus 256gb -- 10/03 - 10/17

all black phones are backordered until November. so i got the 256gb which has the earliest shipping date estimate. so all the phones i have now will be shipped earliest is on 10/03. that's better than till November.
