I called for the same reason. They explained is once tmobile send the iPhone to ups for delivery. But it could take a couple of days. Once ups has the phone we will see the tracking number. So bottom line, no iphone today nor Saturday
So wait the status change to "UPS" mean that your phone was sent to UPS? I don't buy it

How do you talk to someone on the exec team?
Because I'm special lol. There were lots problems a few phone releases ago that I emailed Legere and the got my order back then placed in the care of his exec specialist team. So I still have the numbers and extensions for them. I didn't even have to call this time around she touched based with me regarding my order issue since the system was down all night and there was a note on my account. I have been with tmo for 11 years with 2-3 phones always being purchased or upgraded etc.
 
I think so as well. I'm in Washington State. No CC charge and no UPS.
I'm not sure about that... I'm a little north of Seattle and ordered on 9/13 at a T-Mobile store and my 7 matte black 128 is being delivered today. I'm sorry to hear about the neglect though :/
 
Anyone having trouble setting up wifi calling on iphone 7? Also can someone with an iPhone 7 try calling 611 and see if it says "you are calling from an international location".

i just asked tmobile twitter if my orders were still on track for 9/19-9/26 and they said yes LMAOOOO
Like I said before I don't think any of them have a clue. It's not their fault but I'm sure they are just as annoyed as we are.
