Carrier iPhone 7/7+ T-Mobile Pre-Order Thread

There are people with October dates that got shipment. There are also people that ordered the middle of this week that got shipment too. It's just when they feel like shipping the phone to you, you get it.

Yah Im torn up over T-Mobiles practices of "shipment priority"

I called for the same reason. They explained is once tmobile send the iPhone to ups for delivery. But it could take a couple of days. Once ups has the phone we will see the tracking number. So bottom line, no iphone today nor Saturday

So wait the status change to "UPS" mean that your phone was sent to UPS? I don't buy it

Was the 11am pick up time because you held it for pick up at a local UPS? I requested mine to be picked up at the customer center/distribution center.

How do you talk to someone on the exec team?

Because I'm special lol. There were lots problems a few phone releases ago that I emailed Legere and the got my order back then placed in the care of his exec specialist team. So I still have the numbers and extensions for them. I didn't even have to call this time around she touched based with me regarding my order issue since the system was down all night and there was a note on my account. I have been with tmo for 11 years with 2-3 phones always being purchased or upgraded etc.

I'm 9/19 - 9/27 and I have being processed and no charge.

I don't think shipping dates are prioritized at all. People are getting their phones from all different shipment dates. Their pretty much just printing labels and sending I think lol

For me that would have required me to call in and order. Figured getting my order placed before midnight would serve me better than where I shipped it as far as timing. We will see.

Like I said before I don't think any of them have a clue. It's not their fault but I'm sure they are just as annoyed as we are.
