So I called in to see if an IMEI had been attached to my order funny thing the rep that answered this call was the rep that helped me place the order on 9/9 she had IMEI was not on tied to my order yet but she said that she see that a major shipment comes in the 27th which should be the day my phone ships

I feel like I got to learn so much from this thread, specifically how reps make s**t up to tell you what you want to listen. This is just one of the many ways.
