Carrier iPhone 7/7+ T-Mobile Pre-Order Thread

Charged this afternoon.
Showing it shipped tonight.
This morning they told me I was on back order the reps don't have a clue what they're talking about. Preorder 9/9 est ship 9/19-26 to being back ordered til late November to early December & now shipping tonight. Gotta love T-Mobile lol
 
Quick random question. When preordering my phone my friend let me use his credit card and then I pay him back after. The catch is I put in my address for the billing and shipping address. Now I'm scared if the order will still go through... I cryyy. What do you guys think?

If it's charged then I assume it's fine. I think the critical part is the billing zip. If you got that right then you should be fine .

Are you sure about that? I was charged Tuesday at like 430pm eastern and its 3am now and still no change elsewhere...

That's the thing. It hasn't charge yet 🙁 and my zip is different from his by one number lol... His name and everything is correct. It's just I put my address instead of his. 😡
 
Just woke up to the sound of my pool pump left on over night. Checked UPS my choice and bam! Shipping set for today between 1:30p - 5:30p est. Finally the wait is almost over!

Quick recap since it's been a few pages:
- 9/9 midnight order JOD
- 128gb MB & RG 7+
- 9/19-9/26 est shipping crew
- Card charged yesterday
- Didnt have tracking info at 10p last night when I passed out

If you're really concern you should call 611 and talk to someone. Usually you'd get something if it got declined

If there's something wrong with the card (like wrong billing addy or something) then it should send you a text asking you to update your card info and on myTmobile the order should say "placed on hold". Happened today with my cousin and he just called Tmobile to rectify it, they told him he'll still receive it by the end of the week.

Ohhh okay hopefully it's like that. I thought there's no going back and once it goes through the order will be cancelled. Did your cousin also preorder the iPhone?
 
So yeah, just figured I'd give a small update.

As of yesterday my card was charged, and my phone is scheduled for delivery between 12:30 and 4:30 later today.

However My T-Mobile shows my order as "Being Processed"

I don't think they're going to update until I have more info on UPS.

Also right now I cannot even log in to My T-Mobile on the site, or my phone. Hopefully they're updating things.

I have a UPS plane scheduled to depart Louisville for my location around 4:14, so hopefully I'll see a departure scan then, or at least an arrival scan when it lands around an hour later.
 
Card was charged yesterday afternoon at around 3PM EST, and shipping label has been created. UPS estimates arrival tomorrow. Black 128GB 7 Plus, ordered 9/9 12AM PST.

Same date as you and same est date we you, contacted tmo they apologized and what not, said I should be receiving my phone between now and nov 30 which I already figured that but whatever
 
I was charged earlier on Tuesday, but no other changes. So I have no clue when I should expect the phone. The communication is not too strong...
 
Woot ups is coming... I hope to get it Friday or sat.. got charge and email from tmobile. . Idk why but I woke up at 1230am now I can't sleep lol.. having led notification is so convenient on my note 4.. I wish iphone had them lol..

Pretty sure someone already got yours.. anyone know how long does it take for it to come once you got shipping lable from ups? I really want it asap lol.. hope I comes with in 2 days since it's next day lol
