yea.. that is what i am planning to do but without the tracking number, i doubt i can request it on Sunday if it is scheduled to be delivered on Monday.

Aren't they supposed to not leave it if the package requires a signature?
unless you authorize a release they can't legally leave your phone without having you physically sign for it...

I received an email from Costco tonight confirming my wireless order. I ordered a jb256gb plus through costco on 9/13. It had a ship date of 11/1 to 11/30.

I also ordered a mb256gb plus for a separate line on 9/9.

I was charged today for one phone. I assumed it was for the mb256. Given the Costco email I just received, is it possible I was charged for the Costco phone?

How did you order through costco? Will I be able to do it like this next year? I will not have JOD etc but the current device will be paid off. did you do it online?

Current status : "Kept On Hold"

Billing address was incorrect for the payment method, called yesterday and used another payment method.
Anyone had a similar issue? how long does it usually take to retry the payment?
