Carrier iPhone 7/7+ T-Mobile Pre-Order Thread

I have a couple of questions! Do T-Mobile send a box for shipping our iPhone or I just need to print the shipping labels and figure out how to send it back? Also we send back our iPhone 6 after receiving the 7 right? My date is 11/01-11/30 and I don't want to give my current phone now.

I was charged 9/23 at 4pm and everything else ups related started after 8pm to be delivered Monday. 256GB, 7 Plus, Jet Black.

Apparently, based on the discussion in the last few posts and what people have heard from reps, the answer to all your questions is YES and NO.

Only because @nateatlarge made that error, T-Mobile's sytem got fooled and sent yours too. You should thank him for that error!

I guess it was an error in my favor, but still haven't got my phone yet, so there is not going to be much celebration over here lol, nice thought though 🙂

So pissed off right now! I had the same thing. No mention of trading during the preorder. My order had a delivery date 9/19-26. On 09/10 went to a T-Mobile store to see how the trade in will work and they told me I did it wrong, they made me cancel my order and put a new one with the trade in offer (that I can see now linked to my account) but with a delivery date 11/01-11/30! Being pushed back 2 months and seeing I could have kept my order is really annoying.

i seen people yesterday got charged for jet black I'm also waiting too and no charged or anything yet. 🙁

I'm not sending them back my iphone 7 boxes.

What a mess.

you should of asked her if she ordered a brand new iPhone would she give her iPhone 7 box to send it back? lol

@jgelin @resaka I am sure you will see charges by Monday the latest but could be early if they work weekend. Either ways, those of us who got charged yesterday afternoon are still waiting for tracking, I am guessing because of weekend. So there's actually a good possibility that you and I still receive the phones same day 🙂
