smh... corporate greed at its finest! hopefully they would not give me a hassle once i return the device. so should i also print out the label? and give them a box? or should they already have one available to send off.yup. cover your ass. Always force the store. My wife had a defective phone once. It was on except wouldn't boot up. between the store and the warehouse the screen got cracked. tried to charge me 400 bucks. i said @$%#@%#@$%#$% that. The store manager looked at it before it shipped. saved me 400 bucks 🙂 made the manager document it on the account before it shipped and had them watch me package it as well. 🙂
