Carrier iPhone 7/7+ T-Mobile Pre-Order Thread

My 7 Plus MB has already came into my state and is only 44 minutes away but the delivery says Monday but it already had the departure scan from there at 8:00 AM. So do you think it will come today or no?🙂

I'm in Kennesaw,GA and it's coming from Hapeville,GA

If your have it schedules to be delivered to your home and you are not there when they are delivering it they leave you a note and take it back to the warehouse until the next day usually. That's why I have it left at the store because I can pick it up at any time during the day. And ups delivers all commercial packages first then residential packages later in the evening.

From experience UPS deliver packages without a signature, but if they feel like where you live at is not safe, then they'll probably leave you a note on your door.

There isn't a ups store near you? That's where I get mine held and its there at like 7 in the morning of delivery day

Nope, not unless T-Mobile paid for Saturday delivery which I'm sure they didn't.

Yea but tmobile is shipping these phones in a very obvious tmobile phone box so I think they aren't leaving them at the door. Maybe someone can answer this for us?

Woke up this AM and decided to check my UPS app and saw a label has been created...

Meanwhile my T-Mobile account still says PartiallySAPBackOrder, this is exciting!

They are leaving them at the door just like that. My cousin's was left on her porch and it was very obvious when I stopped past after work to pick it up for her. She live on a block with 4 houses but her porch have steps leading up to it so if you were to walk past you would see it. Mine was delivered like that last year but in a bubble wrap and I made sure I was home. UPS didn't need a signature. When you order direct from Apple, they need a signature.

Same here. I was pissed about being mistakenly listed as 7-10 day delivery; now it says 3-day on UPS. I can handle that. 😎

Chase down that driver!! 😛 Usually it will say "out for delivery" if it were going to be delivered...but sometimes it's slow updating the system. Hope it works out for ya!

Same here. I have next day air. When I signed the EIP I saw a $25 dollar charge for overnight shipping, I called them and asked they remove it cause the phone isn't due to be shipped until November anyway. They credited my bill, and left the shipping there. The next day, I check my order details, turns out, I didn't get charged, oooppsss. So I got free next day air and a bill credit.

Cancelled my preorder and went to a T-Mobile store near me.. I was surprised they had any jetblacks at all. Either way I am so happy and I will probably never preorder ever again. Peace ya'lls

I received my iPhone 7 plus jet black last Monday, and after 5 days of handling it extremely carefully, always setting down on a soft surface, etc., there are scratches on the back. I knew it scratched easily, but this is a little extreme. Called up t-mobile and exchanged it for a 7 plus matte black, should be shipping out on Tuesday!

So this is funny.

I was one of those 9/9 morning preorder people on a jet black plus, with an original estimated shipping of November 1-30. Luckily, I was in that batch of people who got charged when a bunch of JBs came in a couple weeks ago and mine was delivered on 10/3. It's amazingly fast, great looking color that went right into a case, and no hiss for me.

Yesterday, I got an email from T-Mobile reminding me about my order, and letting me know that it is expected to ship between 11/1 and 11/30. Clearly their records are a bit off!

Yes you can. Instead of putting it on the truck that would deliver to your house, they'll put a "Hold for customer name" sticker on it and you can pick it up as soon as they open which is usually at 8-8:30am.
