When I sent my 6s back this year (I have original JUMP and used it to get the 7+), I automatically received a tracking number with USPS. This is the first year that I'd ever been able to track the trade-in, so T-Mobile must have changed something. So, you should automatically be able to track the package without having to purchase that additional service.

Have you tried contacting Art Lucero (@art_lucero) and Evelyn (@ev_roji) on Twitter? There was an issue with my JUMP! and they cleared it up and immediately had my card charged and tracking number sent the same day.

I ordered the same exact model on 9/18 and it's getting delivered today. I'm not sure if it matters but I have the original jump. I hope you get movement soon because me getting my phone when I ordered over a week later is not right.

I have the original JUMP! so I have to mail mine back to Assurant. I sent my 5s to them last year and didn't have any problems. This year I will send it with insurance and a tracking number.

yeah Just bad luck in my case. Took 7 months to get credited. I can't understand why we can't use our own UPS though. 🙄

Had an old order and just ordered the Silver 32GB 7+ on 10/16 due to the earlier ESD of 10/25-10/31. I'm sure you'll get charged before me though

I think it's more Apple needs to get it together. T-Mobile had their fair share of problems with this launch, but when Apple is only manufacturing and supplying a limited quantity at a slow pace, there's only so much T-Mobile can do.

Anyways, congrats! Glad you got your phone and this mess is over!

I just got the off the phone with t Mobile to see why my order still says processing. I was told that they can charge the card from anytime the order is placed until the order is shipped, not necessarily when the phone is shipped. I think I'm going to call to speak to someone else.

Thought I wouldn't have to wait like last year when I wanted the plus and not the regular... C'est la vie.

The 256GB has an earlier shipping date for the JB and MB. If you can afford the extra money. I originally ordered Matte Black but had those dates. I switched to Silver and it's ESD is 10/25 - 10/31.
