My order was all screwed up. It was marked "order processed: ready for UPS" on 11/23. Then went back into backorder status. Then yesterday (11/28) it went back into order processed, and later that day I was notified it had shipped. Right now it's in transit and will be here 12/01

What were the original estimate for ship dates?

Thank God it's UPS shipping is all I'm saying.

EDIT: it apparently changed to backordered sometime yesterday.

Just got notification that my phone was delivered!

My son is having an EEG done so I'm not home but its at home waiting for me 🙂

I'm sorry! That happened with my order as well. I think you'll get it early in your shipping bracket 🙂
 
Great to hear!

I'm on the brink of just canceling my order. This is frustrating as I ordered this back in September. Everyone else got their phones already. New iPhone is coming out next year. I'll just wait for that. My 6 plus is working fine; except for the battery which I'll just have to get used to.

Never had this kind of issue with AT&T. Definitely regret switching to T-Mobile. Coverage/reception is spotty also.

I placed an order for the 32GB silver plus on the 25th. I got a ship date range of 11/26 to 12/01. It changed to 11/30 to 12/05 today. However, I did get charged for the shipping fee today. Im doing jump on demand btw. First time going this route. I assume it shipped or its shipping soon? I know on a regular upgrade with a down payment, once you get charged, your getting it the next day or 2. Not sure if it works the same with JOD.

I'm sorry you're having a hard time with your order ☹️ T-Mobile has great reception where we live, but the customer service needs to tone it up a bit. I had Sprint prior to T-Mobile and it was opposite with them - awesome customer service, horrible reception. You win some, you lose some.

Have you tried talking to a rep on twitter to help you with your order? I had good luck there!

Not defending T-Mobile, but one consideration was you ordered the most difficult to get model at the absolute worst possible time, some days after ordering started (was it the 9th they started, I forget, but still anything after the first day is going to be way delayed). But even so, you're now at the end of your window, so you should have had it by now. So I do feel they owe you something, a credit or something free, since it didn't ship inside the promised window. I would take it up on Twitter with their team, if it's not showing shipped yet.
 
Great news! I checked the T-Mobile app earlier, and my ship date was updated to the range 11/30-12/05. Does UPS/T-Mobile ship on Saturdays?

I was quoted that when I placed the order, but for some reason UPS put it as 3 Day Select and it really ended up being 2 days. I don't think it'll ship ground. They just charged you for the cheapest shipping service when in reality they're shipping it out quicker once it's ready to leave the warehouse...or so I was told.

Target was having a sale on the PowerBeats 2 for $138, so we snatched that up. But I have to wait until Christmas.

In the meantime, I have my LG Tone wireless headphones.

(We also got this adorable stuffed bear [it's huge] because I am such a kid inside)
 
Hey - where does TMobile ship phones from here in the US? I just got a shipping notice for my Black Friday trade-in/upgrade and just wonder where UPS is coming from...

My order was marked to In Transit earlier. The delivery date was changed to 12/07. (The same date as my Product^(RED) Apple Leather Case).
