Any idea if this applies to Vodafone as well?

I've got WiFi Calling turned on on my iPhone 6S but it doesn't work - never says WiFi at the top left. Only reason I can think of is that I'm on a sim only plan and I purchased the phone directly from Apple.
I'm on SIM Only from VF and have wifi calling on my 6S+.

Confirmation email was 08:02am, ordered JB 7+ w/ 256gb storage, originally told delivery 1-2 weeks from 26/09.

has literally JUST been updated to delivery on 16/09 - launch day it is!!
Amazing. They must have found some stock for launch day instead of their delayed time and you must have been right at the front of the queue.

Meanwhile I'm a 8:04am'er with a 128GB Matte Black 7+ and I am still on 27-29.

Fair enough, I thought you were on about Apple pre-orders.

Nope Ive got an order from apple but I've just thrown the Solutions order in there as a back up I'll just use whichever comes first

But will I have to collect on that day or?

I couldn't tell you that unfortunately you'd have to drop soultions an email

Anyone ever ordered from Argos before? Tempted, but just don't know if it is a plan that will come off and whether I'll actually get on launch like it says I will, or if it'll just end up being a waste of time / massive headache.

I looked at Argos and said not available to collect, delivery in 99 days...

Can you not ask them? Mind I still wouldn't take it as fact if they said they were truly unlocked. I always thought it was only phones direct from Apple that didn't sim lock, could be wrong like wouldn't be the first time:D
It states on very.co.uk that:
All of our handsets are unlocked / sim free, meaning you can insert any network sim card into our handsets whether that be your current sim or a new sim. We offer free sims across all the major networks to everyone buying a handset, simply select your preferred network from the drop down list on the product page.

Choosing a Sim Free option, also, referred to as an "unlocked" phone is the easiest way to upgrade your phone. You can use any network sim card in a sim free phone, either your current sim or select a new one for free when buying a handset with us! All of our handsets are unlocked, giving you the freedom to use the network that suits you best!

I just popped one in too and see what happens, if I manage to get one from John Lewis I'd rather

Should be fine then from very. Think I am just worried as seems a bit strange they can deliver on release date but Apple can't. But maybe Apple has kept theirs for store sales instead of online

But it doesn't make it clear that it won't sim lock, just states that you can use any sim.
