Generally if you Smash or Damage your phone at the Apple shop in Meadowhall they will swap it if its in the 1 Year warranty period. I smashed my iPhone 4 after two months and they just straight swapped it and did the same with my iPhone 6 because it bent and smashed in my back pocket.

I ordered mine from apple at about 8.10 am on opening day..it says shipping in 6-8 days
But delivers 27-28 sept..
I dont get that..
So i thought id get it friday but according to this it might be weeks..

I hate it, if anyone wants a battery case weight until mophie launches there is a very ugly case not something you'd expect from apple

Ordered mine same time got order confirmation at 8.13 but mine shows as delivering on 20-22

Anyone who ordered with very.co.uk seeing any movement?

Mine has gone from "Order received by our supplier" to "Order being processed at supplier" still quoting a delivery date of "by Saturday 17th" for the iPhone Black 128GB

Pretty sure it's from release, or those getting it on launch day would say 4-7 business days?
I'm only assuming as I remember seeing it in one of the US threads and counting from launch day in this example, the date range would match up...
 
In my experience I don't think you are treated the same if you upgrade - I ordered directly from Three online on the 9th (email confirmation received 8.24) - went for 128gb plus black. Delivery date on the 16th - money already taken. if I had gone through upgrades then delivery at least week later!
 
I am a little concerned with my order i got the a confirmation e-mail at 8:02 for the Matt Black iPhone Plus 128GB however i am still on 27th - 29th September delivery window!
I thought getting my order in this early would mean getting it a little earlier :(

Hopefully i will get on the next wave of order updates.

Yes I have a Champagne Gold 7 Plus 128gb reserved to collect in Edinburgh store on Friday but really want the Jet Black model. I just got a great upgrade deal today on the JB with EE for delivery in 21 days so I may cancel....... or more likely I may collect the gold and see if I can live with it. I have a gold rMB and Gold Beats Studio Wireless so if I could live with the white bezel it would make a lovely set!

I was hoping for that too (or at least for Saturday) but I think there were hardly any, if any at all, available for release day and from the nice link posted here it seems none were available at my local store at all.

Although I am now in a position that the upgrade deal I got from EE costs less than the Apple Upgrade programme so I'll prob just wait the 21 days for that.

It'll be shipping direct to you from China sometime this week. Probably by UPS, but in the olden days, it would go via Kuehne + Nagel to Amsterdam, then TNT from Amsterdam to the UK. I think UPS handle things directly from China now though!

I'm not sure if I'm seeing the same thing as everyone else on your page. I just get a list of stores down the left, with the device models along the top, and ticks and crosses against each model vs store?

I don't see any blue bars, or line charts??

tbh I can live with delivery a week after release, but two weeks is a pain in the ass for me, especially since i'm out of the country for a week from the 28th

There are two versions of the site! The checks and crosses shows current stock, but if you go to https://code.gladdy.uk/iphone/timeline you can view historic data :)

O2's order tracking is crap, all it says is '"in progress", no dates or anything of the sort, payment has been taken today for £69.99 upfront cost and the remaining £30 on my refresh contract.

If you hover over the store name in the left hand list it'll say the store ID. Alternative, if you check https://code.gladdy.uk/iphone/timeline and look at the URL for the store you want, it'll be in that URL.

This has just happened a second ago:

My delivery was showing 27-29sept and I knew the delivery would be bumped up to 20-22sept as I ordered mine at 8.05am on Friday, and people with later order dates have already begun to see their delivery date changed. (iPhone 7 plus 128gb black)

I am away on 19th until the 26th and I would miss the earlier delivery window, so I changed my delivery address to my work...

And what happened? The delivery has been updated by 7 days to 20-22sept!
