Anyone ordered any wireless earphones???

These were mentioned earlier in this thread and so I took a punt and ordered some on Saturday. They arrived yesterday and so far I'm very pleased. The sound is good especially the base. the range is pretty poor (i.e. lose line of sight to the phone and it will pretty quickly drop out. That said this is the first pair of wireless headphones I've had so maybe its a common thing?). I note that a lot of the reviews are from people who've been sent them to give them a good review and there are a few people ('real' purchases?) that mention problems after a few weeks, so i'll reserve judgement. But with Air pods being 8 times the price, I can't see how they can be 8 times as good!

I know i sound self centred, but i hope my iPhone comes before the 1st of october as next month i've got hospital appointments that i'm dreading.

To be honest, when it comes to hospital stuff any distraction is GOOD!!! I hope you get it in time too

I'm in the same boat. Order went through at 8:04ish and 27-29th Sept for the exact same model. Not sure how the system is working here.

I am kind of hoping (Dreaming) that they miss us out because they will surprise us with 16th Sept shipping in the next few days!

I think if you post twice within a couple minutes (complete guess!) and no-one else posts in that time, it just merges your posts together!

Just a speculation, it must have been added today as i've not noticed it until today

That'd be a nice surprise, but unless we see movement in the next couple of days I think its doubtful

I was holding our same hope that there are 2 batches of the phone en route. Both are coming in early and the second one they can now guarantee supply for the 20th, why people with later times get this.

The first batch for earlier times, they are hoping will come in even earlier but cannot guarantee exactly when so cannot update those ones.

Or maybe I am spending way too much time overthinking this as actually it is only 4 days, and when I have that as a long weekend it goes past in the blink of an eye.

Very few. The Spigen one one has raised pieces on the corners which should help the back not get so scuffed on a table and also has larger button cut outs round the sides. I've just been stocking up for the next year so I can swap from one to the other when it gets too tatty.

What model have you gone for?

128GB 7 in Black.

I ordered a JB 256 7+ through apple with estimated delivery date of 3rd - 10th October. I ordered a backup with very around 11.50 on Friday, when I checked my account today it says delivery by Friday 16th September (delivery date checked on 11-09-2016), not sure how reliable this is but it's giving me a little bit of hope I'll see one on launch day.

Delivery dates are checked every day for preorders and changed under My Account if there's any change so as their preorder dates keep getting pushed back for those looking to preorder now I'm hopeful that means they know what quantities of stock they are getting and when. I wouldn't expect them to still be stating 16th if they couldn't deliver (I say that extremely hopefully anyway!) Their advisors aren't usually clued up outside of the script of answers that they use to most questions (example being them not even knowing when preorders were opening) as I did ask the question of did they have x amount of stock for release day but they didn't reply to that bit.

At least the cases are being sent I've just got one more case but somethings telling me it'll be dispatched tomorrow
