iPhone 7/7+ - UK Orders & Dispatches Thread

They use YodHELL for their orders normally but have always used Royal Mail for Apple products so I asked them if they would be using RM this time around and they said yes and included two tracking IDs that show up on the RM website as valid numbers but with no info about delivery times etc so fingers crossed that will change Thursday! I thought you got a tracking ID for RM after sending the parcel but this must mean Very have booked a pickup which is why I am more confident about it coming this week because if it was October I doubt they'd have tracking numbers already? I bespoke to two people who haven't passed me anything yet.. Mine shows as processing supplier 12th sept 12;35.. What's yours say?

The same but at 12.02! Was this on Live Chat? Perhaps email them (but by the time they reply you'll probably have your phone...) The tracking number isn't any use in determining when the phone is going to come until it's actually despatched but if your order was processed around the same time as mine looks like you're getting yours too! I wouldn't expect it to say processing this early if we aren't getting them till October.
 
So as I had posted yesterday my bank had placed a block on my card and Apple wasn't able to take payment. As a result there was a note on my order on my account on Apple's site stating there was a problem and to either provide another payment option or re-submit the same one. The block had been lifted yesterday after I spoke to the bank and re-submitted the same payment option.

Having called Apple customer service this morning I was told the initial payment had been refused but the subsequent one had gone through and all was well. Hopefully I will still be able to pick up my phone on Friday and the same thing won't happen when Apple tries to take payment for my series 2 watch.
 
Theres a Scandinavian website called Complete, they're a tech store, who say they have '20+ pieces confirmed' of the iPhone 7 Pus JB 128gb

Yeah was on live chat, had the same 17th delivery quoted by 5/6 people now. Fingers crossed

So, hopefully their buyers did get some stock and it comes Friday. Also ordered a Series 1 watch that also says delivery Friday.

I also pre ordered with Very however mine is stating drivery by October 1st which I'm fine with. Have you pre ordered with them before ? Are they reliable ? I opened a very account and will do the take 3 (3month) payment plan with 0 interest ☺️

What time did you preorder? Mine wasn't long after preorders started, which surprised me as I had been told they weren't taking them till October! I haven't preordered an Apple product from them (but have bought many from them after release) but other preorders have always arrived on time. As with any company you'll find complaints but I've been with them 4 years and buy 90% of my stuff from them and the other 10 from Amazon! The Take 3 is great.

That's good to hear! I actually ordered Saturday evening about 5pm. Found the link through Facebook and the take 3 payment option was the deal breaker for me. I'm not too sure what time they actually took pre orders, but I'm glad I ordered when I did ! Website know states mid October for the black 128gb !

Definitely glad I ordered when I did ! I guess you don't really think or very when you want to pre order a phone. I guess everyone who missed out are now searching for places to pre order and ordering through Very and places like littlewoods (even though their prices are even more expensive)

So yeah I don't think a delivery date of 'by 01/10/16' is bad for ordering a day late :) - hoping they actually ship it out before the 1st !
 
Please Apple (and UPS) ship it so that it delivers on the first Monday in October... preferably in the morning...
 
Hey guys, dunno if its been mentioned but JETech are doing 70% off iPhone 7/7 Plus cases and screen protectors on amazon, pretty sure its 1 screen protector and 1 case per account but i just ordered a 2 pack of glass screen protectors for 1 quid!

Well o2 have finally charged my credit card so that's promising.

I think Apple will ramp up production accordingly to those who have longer to wait won't have to and the lead delivery times will fall hopefully.

I see from MR over in America the iUP is facing a class lawsuit over the delays... can imagine it's annoying paying 13 months not 12 but is it really worth suing over?!
