I just used the the tracking number of the apple order page and placed it into the uk mail web page, rather than following the link to the syncreon page.

Thanks so much. The website says my delivery time is between 09:46 and 10:46 and I'm number 24. Even better I was able to update my correct contact number on the website. So hopefully if the driver gets lost this time he can call like he did last time.
