Personally I don't really have an issue with people who compromise so they can get it sooner, its their money after all. But what does get on my nerves slightly is when people buy these phones knowing full well they have no intention of keeping it, simply using it so they have a new toy to play with while they wait for the one they really do want. That's taking a phone out of someone else's hands who may have really wanted that one, it may have been their first choice. Anyway what can you do =p

Unfortunately, I am yet to buy anything. Also I've been getting 32GB since day 1, having had 16GB iPhones my entire life. Always the base model for me, never needed anything more.

i wouldn't go that far as to call myself weak. I'm only going to use it for 13 days and return it anyway so who cares

Also people like DetroitBORG on YouTube, who bought 7 iPhones, just for the sake of review. It's a complete selfish and single minded thing to do, not thinking about the 6 other people who missed out on an iPhone because you have some sort of delusion you need to review every model, colour and specification. The guy is mad. Rich. But mad.

I'm just messing buddy! Personally, 64 would be ideal - but we're stuck with 128 on this cycle. 32 for someone who likes to take photos just ain't enough :(

All he's thinking about are those YouTube views, but yup, selfish.

In the Metrocentre yesterday one of the staff said they expected to have stock for walk in, not just reserve, on Monday. Might be BS but hopefully they'll at least have more choice for the 6am club tomorrow.
 
Jet black 7 256 was available in Aberdeen for a while. Now appears to be out of stock again. Still waiting on a plus personally.

Yeah, lots of people saying that we'll see stock return to normal levels as the week goes on. I just can't really get to my local very easily on Monday or Tuesday so it may be a case of reserving for Wednesday, cause I have a Genius Bar appointment that day too. We'll see.

Tbh, I'm expecting them to start trickeling in each day of the week. Does anyone know what the page asks for after choosing store/model/size/color and clicking the green button to reserve, didnt gk that far yet as not been one available I'm after.

Login with Apple ID
Then next page:
Select qty, it defaults to 1.
Select pick up time
Confirm contact details (they're pre-filled from apple ID)
Confirm Reservation

I'm still really torn between black and jet black!

Have a 7 black in hand, but went back to store yesterday for genius bar appt to fix screen on my 6 and held the 7 jet black, does look & feel really nice to hold. Not plasticky feeling like I thought it would.

Had a bit of a result really, when I picked up my 7 and wife's 7 on Friday, the guy serving me was usually on genius bar, he looked at my 6 which had hair line crack in screen and said we'll replace that for free under extended 2 year consumer law. Just say you don't know how it happened, it just appeared... so went back the next day and got it done for free! It's been cracked like that for about a year, wish I'd known! I got my 6 on launch day, so I literally had about 2 days left to get it done for free. I was all set to sell it for £90 as broken, but once screen was done, walked downstairs to CPW and got £240 cash for it. The back was quite scratched, 1 little dent, but they didn't even look at it, I'm sure Mazuma etc would offer less because of that.
