These 6am checking are killing me! Monday to Friday I get up at 6am but Saturday and Sunday are my after booze mornings!

Phew! - good job you don't have to work at Foxconn for $250 a month, living in a dormitory, assembling iPhones for special people to test for two weeks at a time.

I'm sure Mazuma etc would offer less because of that.

Nope. Mazuma Mobile are one of the only resellers that won't deduct value for scratches and cosmetic wear. It says on their website that you get exactly the price you're quoted, which is £230 for my iPhone 6 Plus 16GB.

Based on what i've read in this thread, that's definitely not true. All their promise means is they'll send it back to you if they do want to reduce the price, but they have been reducing a lot of peoples prices!

As per my earlier post I would suggest just using CPW if any concerns here. They inspect immediately (and my experience was that the inspection was not particularly detailed - as the girl literally just turned the phone on to check it was alive. Didn't even put a sim in it to check worked! On one of the phones I sold there were quite few tiny chips and scratches on the back, but this didn't bother them at all).

Prices not dis-similar to other companies and you save on postage costs.

I did this yesterday. I got £440 for my 128GB 6S Plus and like you all the guy wanted to see was that it turned on and that the buttons worked and that was it. Very Simple.

I agree - never had a problem whatsoever with mazuma, as long as you declare the condition accurately (ie. working/not working, screen damaged/not damaged), you'll get the full price.

MusicMagpie on the other hand - they seem to be like the phone version of webuyanycar, the only way you'll get the full quoted price is with a brand new unboxed phone (or new car driven straight off the transporter)!!!

Well I sent into them a perfectly working s7 edge which was only 4 weeks old and didn't have a mark on it. They returned it to me with a broken and flickering screen and tried to blame royal mail!!

Do they buy straight in the store? I may do this even though the quote they have is £30 short of envirofone. i've never sent a phone off to any of these trade ins before so a little skeptical. Heard anything bad about envirofone?

I got £200 cash yesterday at CEX for my 16gb white iPhone 6. It's had a few dents and scratches but happy with that. Had offer of £215 from envirophone for £215 but taken into account paying for special delivery ( they only cover up to £50) and the hassle with possible reduction I thought it was an ok deal for me. Mind when I signed and picked the money up they had label printed for going in window at £395!

Last point, when I first went I told him it was on three U.K as that's where I got it from on contract. When I went back after 20 minutes for testing he said it's unlocked so giving you more than we said, thought that was decent from them

How I save on postage?
Can I just visit them?

You are still processing aren't you taytos? That's rough :( I hope you see movement soon! Hopefully you'll get the shipped notification with the current preparing for shipment batch!
Yeah, me too!

Seems that some with preparing to ship have slipped back to processing as well.

Yes they put money straight on to debit card.

Just a note on CPW. I went in on Friday night after collecting my 7 from JL. Lad said did you buy from us, said no, do you want a new contract , said no, he said ok looking at £140 for your ip6 16gb, walked out!!!
I got same prices they showing on their website for buying - and didn't need to buy anything from them!

No it's Music Magpie who have been doing that. Mazuma stay true to the quote.

Well there are 3 people including myself who have had their quote reduced my mazuma in this thread. I don't know anything about music magpie. Anyhow just go with whichever one you think is going to get you the most money.

Still nothing on my 7 Plus Black 128gb. Ordered at 8:04 ish

Still processing and still no re-attempt at taking the funds out.

Anyone with the early 7+ black orders, whether preparing for dispatch or still processing, I'd expect delivery this coming week with some proper movement updates tomorrow
