iPhone 7/7+ - UK Orders & Dispatches Thread

26 Sep - 03 Oct here. Mine is via DHL express and I managed to get this to show using 'airline freight' (nothing comes up when I choose DHL express). There has been no update since Friday. However, the order status has changed on Friday to state 'in transit to destination country', and the delivery date on the apple site states 26th September. I'm not sure it would have moved from Amsterdam over the weekend but I'm hopeful that it will turn up today!

My delivery was delayed due to my bank declining payment as it assumed the transaction was fraudulent (inexplicably since the apple watch went through okay), and they waited 3 days to tell me they'd declined the payment! Otherwise I'd have had my phone last week! Check with your bank if you're a 26 Sep to 03 Oct and nothing's happened yet.. they may have declined payment.

For those of you worried about how quickly Apple/UPS can get stuff here from China .... my Apple Watch dispatched late on Friday from Suzhou China, and is this morning out for delivery from Southampton....

Recieved my iPhone 7 128gb jet black (ordered 9/9 @ 8.09am) today via DHL. Initially the estimated delivery date was on 28th.

How did DHL notify you that it was on its way? Mine has been 'stuck' in Amsterdam since Friday. My initial delivery date was 29th. When I go to DHL Express it states 'no result found for your DHL query'.. but apple states delivery will be today... (?)

It's now tracking as "Exception" on UPS. Hopefully this is just because it's sat in China over the weekend.

Still delivery date of the 28th on Apple's order page.


EDIT: So the M and J should not be so close on the Keyboard. I ordered Matte Black not Jet Black!!

Just wanted to chime in and say that after having received my iPhone 7 last week and using it all this weekend, I have to admit that it is 95% exactly the same as my old iPhone 6!

I notice no extra speed improvement and save for a few extra new features (force touch, live photos, live wallpapers), the phone is exactly the same.

and I think this may be the reason more people are going for the Pluses this year, to get more of an "upgrade".

Having received my black plus last week, I thought that would be me done on the orders/dispatch thread for the year - but now the GF wants a rose 7 plus! lol

Amazed that there is *still* like zero stock out there

I'm now running @l3uddz wee script (awesome - thank you!); let's see if anything crops up across Southampton, B'stoke or Reading! I was kinda hoping a Rose plus would be a fairly easy find!

I can't see that happening unfortunately. Given the near zero stock getting into stores of the jb + I think they'll meet the 4-10th date
