Yes I ordered from Apple with an initial delivery estimate of 17th to the 21st of October.

Ok makes sense because when you ordered the delivery window said 2-3 weeks then the following day it moved to 3-4 weeks so you got your order just in time before the delivery window increased.
 
can someone who got their phone delivered by UPS post a pic of the route, I know there were some last night, Ming has finally left china and is now in Korea, trying to work out how long it will take to get to the UK

Just got off the phone to apple. Very apologetic and have offered me a replacement JB Plus. I now have to send back my defect model and wait for a new one to arrive. No direct swap available in any store. Fun times :oops:

Well that's terrible - really you should be able to keep yours in the meantime.
 
As you know, I'm in exactly the same boat as you buddy mine did the same, with est delivery the 7th but I reckon it'll be tomorrow. I think ordering the case with it has pushed us back a day so they can pack the case in.
You think tomorrow for us then ?
If it's in final handover then yeah it must be in uk then

Nothing from CPW regarding my iPhone 7 Plus today, so looks like another day of waiting for that Dispatch Email.

Grrrrr. Almost 5 weeks now haha.

I know. Im tempted to just keep because I am inpatient and the defect isn't visible in the case but really, I paid £820 for it. I expect it to be perfect.
If you decide you want a new one, call back, ask to speak to their supervisor. Eventually you will get someone who will give you their email address and phone number and will take over the case for you.

They have the authority to issue express replacements.

This works on the basis that you pay a deposit to have a new phone sent to you before you have to send your old one back.

Additionally it will be a white box replacement meaning that it will usually be 3-5 days - not 6-8 weeks.

The only downside is if you want your retail box to have a matching serial number, or you have a particular aversion to white box units.

Although I didn't order the Jet Black, I ordered the Matte Black Plus 128GB and was told id receive it by the 7th of October.

After my recent conversations with them, I aint holding my breath on getting it by then :(

Back on hold because the returns email doesnt include all the information I need to process this return. Really is a shambles. Been on hold for 22m after being told by another rep that my return number isnt valid:mad:

Wow, now this rep cant give me a time frame at all and is saying they will do their best to try get the phone to me before the advertised date of 6th december on my new order. This is a joke. Really not sure what to do.
The mark is so minor but its just bugs me that its there:(

Absolutely-I saw a similar post a few days back, the Genius Bar guy allowed the customer to keep the damaged phone until the replacement arrived in store. Might be worth pushing for that scenario.
