Dear Liam,

Your frustration is understandable and I will try to explain what is happening. Due to special Apple operating plans, out of UPS's control, scheduled delivery dates may fluctuate on UK Imports. The date may continue to update until the package enters the UK. Once the package is imported into the UK the scheduled delivery date should no longer fluctuate. The text messages you are receiving are due to the fluctuating delivery date. Please note that China, the origin country for you item is on Holiday from 10/1 through 10/9. http://www.officeholidays.com/countries/china/

I would suggest to continue tracking the package on UPS.com for further updates as to when the package will arrive in the US. I am sorry for the frustration this is causing.

I am already tracking on the website. The delivery date isn't "fluctuating" it's actually disappeared and it says it's in Korea not China

Don't get your hopes up. A few of us have this status and no further update for a few days.

hi there - my package as most know was originally scheduled between 18th-31st Oct by Apple - i got a UPS tracking no for 7th Oct Delivery to the UK - yesterday the delivery date disappeared and it got stuck in Korea

with the message

Pkg shipped; delivery being scheduled: Incheon, Korea, Republic of

I have contacted UPS and they have contacted the Hub where this is located. They forwarded my email to UPS Korea - their numbers are as follows

they are supposed to get back to me today so lets see - but the fact that UPS themselves dont know about these delays which so many are facing is just very sloppy work on their part

How come most orders are UPS but some including mine are DHS EXPRESS?
Also, is it just UPS who have issues with delivery?

i got two coming with DHL Express - im sure they should be in Amsterdam now - fingers crossed

So what route to Amsterdam do the DHL EXPRESS take?
 
Usually we'd have seen an out for delivery so really hoping we get it today.

Edit: my delivery date has changed to info unavailable now!! Arghhhh. Better be today.

With the Monday UPS deliveries the tracking continued to show at hub even though the items were out for delivery. My apple order status page seemed to show the correct status where the UPS one was out of date. That status only changed when I missed the delivery and the tracking showed the missed delivery.

Worth calling ups as they confirmed it was on the van
