Hey buddy try using this site now http://www.dhl.co.uk/en/express/tracking/shippers_reference.html (Find your waybill number) mine got an estimated date of delivery and currently at a sorting office in germany. Good luck

Great. Mine started with an 8.

That page doesn't give a delivery date yet for me. But I signed up for SMS alerts on all updates.

Just asked Apple Chat when I will get my phone, the guy said the 12th.

Just found the waybill number and...

Mines like that but my estimated delivery is Tuesday for some reason :(
 
Ok so I new reading this would annoy me. How come my order was on the 15th of Sep and my delivery is showing 18th Nov. I see some of you guys ordered after this and still have yours coming this month.

This has most likely been asked before so apologies beforehand.

If I reserve via the IUP can I elect to pay in full at the store? It's quicker than going to the purchase and collect hence why I keep on missing out by the time I've gone through the process.

Has been asked a million times! Yes you can, I actually got turned down for IUP so paid in full instead
 
Ugh my Estimated Delivery on the Apple Order page has changed to Tuesday. It also says in transit on way to destinated country lol. Why couldn't they just fly it over and send it out tomorrow :(
 
Anybody else with BT Mobile still have pretty much no idea what's going on? My order on my account page shows as complete and delivered on the 29th, it hasn't been delivered and DPD are still waiting for the phone to get to them from BT apparently. Shambles!

I can't believe this thread has reached almost 600 pages and 15,000 posts and has been up for 5 weeks and there are still people out there waiting for their phones to be delivered.
 
Does anyone have any updates on iPhones stuck in Amsterdam (VIA DHL) - still no update on these

and aslo iPhones stuck in germany - Apple says tomorrow - UPS says wednesday

Yeah, it touched down in Cologne a couple of. Hours ago (UPS11). Order update if you follow the order tracking hyperlink should show this on UPS now

**First ever post klaxon**

New here but been an Apple fan/customer for years!

First time I've ever encountered problems with a phone order and constant slipping of estimated dates! I've ordered a 128gb MB 7+ on 20th September.

On Apple's tracking page I get:

Status In transit to destination country 08 October 2016
Est. Delivery 10 October 2016
Carrier UPS

On UPS' tracking page I get:

It used to say 10th October for delivery from UPS but now it's showing as 12th October (keeps moving back and back and back! :mad:)

Is anyone else in a similar position and have any more information? Once it's got to Cologne is it usually quick to get into the UK?

Any information would be truly appreciated! I just can't wait any longer for this damn phone!
