Well I'm an o2 customer and I've been in the refresh program since 2013. My impression of it was that it was an easy way to upgrade to the latest and greatest phones because I didn't have to pay off my airtime. Just pay off my device plan which I hand done 3 times so far. However I was never under impression that I was somehow elevated to VIP status and was first in line to get a new phone and I'm on the upgrade after 1 year on us tariff at the moment.

Thanks mate, yea I am still hassling them for it. Unbelievable.

On another note, I got the Apple leather case, which I find to be slippery and a Belkin glass screen protector. Unfortunately it does not cover the entire screen. Any other suggestions?
 
Last weeks UPS deliveries moved from cologne last Sunday night/ Monday morning, arrived in the uk early Monday and was delivered the same morning

It used to say 10th October for delivery from UPS but now it's showing as 12th October (keeps moving back and back and back! :mad:)

Is anyone else in a similar position and have any more information? Once it's got to Cologne is it usually quick to get into the UK?

Any information would be truly appreciated! I just can't wait any longer for this damn phone!

many thanks for giving us updates on the UPS germany situation - i just dont want them to come as late as Wednesday ! after all the waiting from Korea ! - what are the remaining status messages i wonder before the out of delivery - will they be any before morning you think?

My phones currently in the UK atm. Still have an estimated date of Tuesday but yours should come tomorrow probably

cheers Matty mine is still in Amsterdam i think - 2 off them and one in Germany - hopefully i just get all three tomorrow and let this hellish wait end - its been way too long !
 
Did you do what I said too earlier about the other tracking site? Shouldn't be in Amsterdam still. Mines Already been to Germany and gone! That other tracking page stopped after it reached customs
 
i tried the dates today and put UK as the destination - nothing comes up - i got the reference from the apple email begins with 8 so not sure

Leave the destination blank? That worked for me but may have just been coincidence. Mine was same shipment (DHL) as yours.

yes i double checked the first one for u - that is 10th too - well u never know - a lot of times the courier companies have a scheduled date and they turn up a day earlier - best thing would be to check around 8am ish i think
