Yes? I've reserved mine and I'm picking it up Friday, paying for the phone outright.
I'm going to try again in 7 minutes. I hope halifax's cock up does not effect me getting launch day delivery.

How did you reserve yours? In the app or the upgrade programme link? Was it the one you have to put payment details in?
It was in the app. And yes, I did have to put my payment details in but I went to the Apple Store and he said I pay on the day. Before you say it, it's 100% NOT part of the Upgrade Program.
It was different this year. Last year, you simply reserved it and picked it up but for some reason, it asked for your payment details this time. I can only presume they've done this so you can't reserve one and then not go and pick it up. You're committed.
I knew someone would say it. It's not. The words "upgrade" and "program" were no where to been seen, when ordering and in the emails I've received. And I asked the guy in the Apple Store, he didn't mention it, instead he said I'd need to pay outright for the phone... This isn't part of the Upgrade Program.
Yeah, I've just ordered matt black now. Which is shipping quicker than the jet black I ordered at 8.30 so that's ok I guess. Got a 7 in matt black reserved for launch day but think I really want the 7+ this time.
Whew they've taken the money for my delivery order. So it's all good. I'll cancel my instore pick ups now. There are 2 128GB 7 pluses (rose golds) going into the pot.

Paying for the phone outright:
iPhone> Pre-order and below the delivery days it says "Pickup: 16 Sep". See left image below.
Choosing the Upgrade Program route:
iPhone> Pre-order but this time click on "Learn More" (banner at the top which flashes blue then defaults to white). This time, click on the "Reserve an iPhone to buy in store on 16 September" and you're taken to a different screen. See the right image below.
Paying for the phone outright:
iPhone> Pre-order and below the delivery days it says "Pickup: 16 Sep". See left image below.

I hope my order status changes soon. I've been charged but it still says processing. Halifax declined it before, Fraud prevention they say. Now I've authorised it the payment has gone through. I hope I don't miss out on launch day delivery because of this.
One thing what was really strange this morning, sat on my desk at 07:59 clicked safari and it just bounced and bounced for ages, panic set in so fired up the app and downloaded firefox ready but it was the app which let me order first. So placed my order on the app then clicked safari and opened straight away, that has never ever happened to me..

Can't say for sure obviously but I would have thought so. The 7+ RG looks identical to my 6s+ RG from the front.
I have a loopy case (can't recommend highly enough) and they have said that the 6/6s+ case fits the 7+ but the camera is slightly out of line in the case. So maybe the same for other cases.
