Samsung do not take the time to get the features right, they implement half baked ones (at least from my experience when I owned the S4). Samsungs problem is customer experience, just go on their Facebook page and you will see lots of people complaining. Their other problem is Touchwiz and the lack of updates. Personally I much prefer iPhone, it's a lot more reliable and features inside it work. As for what features to implement that is a matter of what people want, and Apple will never be able to please everyone 100% of the time, people are free to move away from the Apple brand if they are not happy with what Apple is doing. People will of course vote with their wallets, the iPhone 6S was a success as was the 6 and 6 Plus befofe it, and I have a feeling the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus will be a success.

I never mentioned copying, but Touch ID is much better on the iPhone (for example). And your reference to wireless charging I'm afraid I can't agree, Apple already hold a patent where it would charge a device (presumably the iPhone) from up to 15 feet away.

I stopped reading when you said your last experience of samsung Was with a 3yr old handset.. and you still think your opinion is valid!!

Samsung got things right this year

If you're proof is from an S4 then yeah your opinion on them doesn't hold much weight

I can only speak from the experience I had, I'm not going to lie. And my opinion is just that, it is not fact it is a personal opinion. There are also opinions of others on social media who constantly complain about Samsung, but I can't speak for them only for myself.

They got a nice design don't get me wrong it does look good. But I'm not an Andriod fan and like I mentioned Touchwiz isn't the best, has it improved? From what I've read yes but it's still not on par with IOS, will it be in the future? Maybe it will. All the rumours in September will end and we will find out what the iPhone 7 will be, people can then make their own minds up either way.

You talk about features as if they are ubiquitous things. Which, to a laymen they probably are. Explains why Samsung can sell any of its junk. They put buzzwords like Wireless Charing as bullet points on the marquee, and that means something to you.
This is the primary reason why Apple names many of features, because they are nothing even remotely comparable to other incarnations of the concept. Touch ID for example, is in a league all to its own, nothing remotely similar to the other "fingerprint" crap on the market.
You can't be serious? Touch ID is great but is it any quicker than fingerprint on S7? No not really

Stuff like wireless charging is great to have certainly in wireless charging stands. You can take some wireless charging kit away where no cables are needed

Let me guess wireless charging will suddenly be the next great thing when Apple bring it in?

Srsly? Everything gets redone every year. Cars, refrigerators, washing machines, watches, clothes, coffee makers, plates, cups, everything...
Some things do and some don't. Apple hardware usually doesn't. I meant it in a "high tech" (Android and specifically Apple) context. (Macs, iPods, iPads)

How do you know it's not on a par with ios, you don't, still going off 3 yr old information.. give it up, u are losing all credibility as a poster..

Because I read reviews, I did say from what I've read. There is nothing to give up, I was just voicing my opinion, just because it doesn't match yours doesn't mean it's any less valid.

This is properly a true "leak". how sad.....

We Dont want "Pro" iOS products. The only Pro about Them is the Price.

Probably around £100 - £200 more. If the 256GB rumour is true then I'm guessing the price will be over £1000.

You are more than entitled to your opinion if you are basing it on current up to date personal experiences. Not 3yr old rubbish or simply reading about TW. If someone reads your post they will think TW is a poor relation to ios with no first hand experience. Can you see where you are falling down as a poster. Have a good think about what you post in future. Lets not have to have this conversation again.

I don't think I did anything wrong, I didn't mislead anyone, people are entitied to read what I have posted and take from it what they want, people can agree or disagree I have no problem with that. I think you have taken my posts a little too seriously, but you are entitled to do so. But thank you for your feedback.

There is no way to respond to you. You don't understand the difference between a gimmick and the real deal.

Are you trying to say the the current Samsung fast wireless charging where you simply place you handset on a charging plate and it charges super fast is a gimmick? You sir have lost all credibility as a poster.

Wireless charging is meh...water proofing yes.

I charge my phone at night so just putting it on there without any worry of putting the light on to put it on the dock is far easier

Never mind the fact how useful fast charging is when I need a fast charge

I charge my phone during the day at the office. While we all have our use cases and priorities, would never turn down more options.

End of the day we all have different usage patterns and use our phone in different ways so I guess some features are used more than others

Hell my mom and GF don't use any of the new 6s features. Live Photos sometimes but they aren't tech mad

Live Photos are all software, unlike 3dt and wireless charging which requires hardware. There are literally hundreds of software features released over iOS 9; hardware is obviously the nut to crack.

Software is why I will stick with Apple going forward. Don't think that's an issue going forward

I owned an S1. I know what your talking about when you say half baked. Though they've improved, enough to outpace Apple. I picked Apple because its more reliable, but if Google and Samsung are pushing out new phones that are outpacing innovation at Apple... that is a little sad. People are already moving away from the Apple brad judging by these numbers, and people are already voting with their wallets to choose Android over iOS. The iPhones have been a success, but Apple needs to step it up if they don't want to see a world where the world is mostly Android.

I think everything is important, not just hardware. Looking at Android, they've had multiple design refreshes that are looking better and better. With Apple, we just saw the one big change.
