If they're not including a USB C cable in the box and "wireless charging will not be a built-in feature, but rather a separate accessory" how are you going th charge this iPhone?It makes no sense to not include a USB C cable in the box because most people charge with the included adapter only, so it's not a compatibility issue. Additionally, they are pushing the standard and it would make sense to at least include it with the premium model.
If the Wireless charging chip comes from Foxconn or Lite-On Semiconductor, this does not rule out the possibility of RF charging.

Even if it's wireless in your head the wireless charging pad it uses connects to the mains via (you guessed it) a cable. Cables aren't going awayAm I the only one who is glad cables are going? Who wants to be locked down to a cable for any reason other than the security of a device (Kensington Lock)
I would be happy for the lightning port to go and don't miss the headphone jack.
