Does anyone have the Spigen glas.TR glass protector installed and can share some pics?

Does it fit the notch and ears perfectly like the Belkin invisiglass does?

How is the olephobic coating? Comparable to the Belkin?

I'm trying to see if I should get the Spigen and save some $ or go with the Belkin instead.
I’ve got the spigen glass on now, installed it using the tool provided with the Anker glass which I botched up and it is pretty well aligned.

Haven’t tried the belkin ones before so I can’t compare but the coating is fine, although does attract a bit more dust than the anker initially. Now it’s holding up well.

Fits the notch just fine, there’s a tiny amount of distortion right in the corners but that could just be my alignment.

Will try to share some pics later today.

I have to say now that I have them that I’m not a fan of the E2E protectors that have big circle camera cutouts (i.e. Orzly). It looks really cheap and awkward to me.

I’m trying the I-Blason one despite the reviews. A lot of bubble complaints are self inflicted IMO and I can always squeegee them out.

are there any with just glass across the notch (with earphone cutout)? the circles seem like theyd draw attention to the notch more

Yeah the I-Blason one is all glass with earphone cutout. I’m getting it Thursday so I’ll let everyone know how it works.

Does anyone know if removing a tempered glass screen protector (like the Belkin Invisiglass) ruins any of the coating on the iPhone X?

I’ve noticed that after taking mine off, cleaning the screen, that my fingers still “stick” a bit while swiping. Wondering if the iPhone screen isn’t as slick as a screen protector or if screen protectors are a bit more “slick”.

My iPhone X screen is super slick. Haven't put a screen protector on yet. I did wonder if screen protectors remove some of the oleophobic coating that ships on the phone.

Once the honeymoon phase is over and I’m taking that **** off. Rocking it naked with carrier insurance so I don’t care, lol
I just bought Apple Care +, I had in my mind that I was going to use the Moshi edge-to-edge screen protector, but shipped it's costing me $70.... I hate using cheap screen protectors, they never last and make the phone look cheap. I paid for that OLED screen, I want to see it in all it's beauty. I do have a case, so I have two chances to screw up and break the screen (since the chances of the rear glass breaking through a case is slim to none). Considering I plan on keeping this phone for less than a year, I like my chances to go screen-naked. I love the feel of the OLED screen, definitely worth it.

Anyone using a back protector on the X?
I got one coming, i opted for a super thin plastic film for the back.
[doublepost=1510166801][/doublepost]Can one anyone recommend a glass protector based on this criteria?

(I know the i-biason does, which I have ordered, but want other recommendations)

1. Full screen and covers side/corner curves (hot bended?)
2. Covers the notch with no camera/sensor cutouts
3. All the standard anti smudge coatings etc...
4. Twenty bucks or less..

That looks good for $7. How has it been holding up?

Do you mind providing the link?

some screen protectors seem to cause a wave or rainbow effect, but it can only be seen in certain light and with the screen of... stinks.

I just ordered this screen protector from iCarez as a backup since everyone thinks the i-Blason is crap:

Good feedback. I went ahead and placed the order - I can't stand to look at my rainbow colored screen anymore.

Hey just wanted to update you, I received the Karapax (anker) protectors today. Perfect fit on my first try! And no rainbow through my sunglasses.

I read on an Amazon review to start from the bottom vs. the top and that worked perfectly, no bubbles and no dust. When I first applied it there were several bubbles scattered around but they were easily "rubbed out" by applying firm pressure to the screen with my thumb/forefinger wrapped in the little microfiber cloth they provide with the screen protector. Here is a photo:

just took off my old glass screen protector and put on the Orzly one and wow i gotta say the difference is incredible. You can't even tell it's on. The old one really bothered me around the edges and the notch was very visible. The application was pretty easy, I turned on the shower for a few mins and used the steamy room to apply it on. I did have a few bubbles at the bottom but they were gonna a few minutes after. Face ID seems to be working OK right now and don't have any issues yet. Here's a comparison of the two screen protectors.

I used to buy wrapsol skins, they were real nice back on the iPhone 4. Was going to order one for the X, but $20 + $10 shipping?? Anyone try it out?

I also received my Orzly today. I wanted to verifify to everyone that it works perfectly with an Apple Leather Case. No issues. I do have a couple of things that bother me.

First of all, it is very thought to install perfectly straight. If you do not get it right, it will cut off edges of the screen. The best way I found to get it right is to put up an iMessage with the keyboard on. The top you can align with the earpiece and then align the bottom with the keyboard letters/symbols on the sides. Mine is nearly perfect but my OCD may get the best of me and try to lift it and reinstall it to get that last fraction of a millimeter squared up.

Second, I don’t think the oleophobic coating is very good at all as compared to the bare screen. Mine shows fingerprints and smudges much easier than without the protector. I can live with that I guess.

Third, the bottom edge is not sharp but its not super rounded either. I have noticed this with all the swipe up guestures as my finger catches on it frequently.

Finally, time will tell on the dust collection under the sides and notch section. I hope this doesn’t become an issue.

Overall I like the protector. I will definitely live with the issues as I do not like protectors that don’t offer full screen protection. The only one I would consider is the Belkin from Apple. I saw one installed at the store the other day and it is so thin its nearly invisible. The price tag pushed me to try the cheap route first but if this Orzly ultimately doesn’t work out, I’ll go ahead and cave rather than waste more money trying others out from Amazon.

Probably the odd ball here but I installed the Orzly based on the reviews here, used it for about two days before taking it off. Maybe it was my installation but my screen felt less responsive, I had to be a bit more deliberate when typing which I didn't like.

Other than that, it looked and felt great. I'll install the second one that came with it to see if I have a better experience.

That looks like its from JB:))...

Got one the other day and although i could have done a slightly better job with the install, the screen itself is top class.

Super smooth, responsive and no fingerprints

Take your tine with the install...

Nope, not the oddball. I've done the same with the Orzly. Dust collection under the light sensor and accumulation around the edges made me remove it. Keeping the phone naked for now.

Just wanted to share my experience with tempered glass screen protectors so far.

Initially I bought a cheap glass protector off eBay. It was thin and flimsy. The black border was not actually part of the glass protector but rather a piece of plastic glued onto the glass. There was no adhesive in the section under the notch, so dust accumulated there. Needless to say it was crap.

I decided to get the Orzly tempered glass screen protector instead. I have to say it fits perfectly and I am very happy with it so far. Here's why:
- The only cutout on it is for the earpiece at the top, which I like.
- It works perfectly with the Spigen Liquid Air case. The edges don't lift, and none of the original screen is exposed, so it truly does protect the entire glass screen.
- The black border is a part of the actual glass, and not stuck on like my last protector.
- It feels great to use.

Time will tell if lint accumulates in the earpiece hole, but for now I'm giving this protector a 9/10.

Edit: Have attached some pictures. Note that there is a small bubble in the bottom left corner, but it has been dispersing slowly in the hours since I installed it. I'm certain it will be gone by tomorrow morning
