Can anyone tell me if the iCarez Red works fine with the apple cases ? Thanks !
I would think so, I have the white case 3D one and it’s a bit larger and harder to get perfect without bubbles but they’ve seemed to disappear after a couple days and some hard rubbing. Looks pretty much perfect now I use Apple cases and a Spigen Crystal Hybrid. I have the red box ones on order as well just in case.

I wonder how the icarez with full covered glass affects face id in very dark room. imos and probably other brands that have “notch” will be ok. But how about the ones that cover the sensor? Because according to apple the sensor projects infra red lights to map your face. The light will bounce back if you cover it with glass. The same for the flash in your back camera. If you have a camera glass protector, when you use flash, it’s very white and washout.. can someone test this - face id in a bery dark room?

Also when calling, the proximity sensor - if blocked - will remain either screen off even if you pull away the phone in your face....

My face ID works almost 99% of the time during daylight and 100% during the dark esp in a very dark room.

Just bought the above case. Spigen tough armor. What screen protectors are good for that? Also how are the screen protectors on amazon? I read reviews and the reviews say a lot are fake reviews and unverified purchases. I’m hesitant. Any suggestions?

Fyi, an updated version of the iCarez Glass Protectors is now available. 2.5D and 3D glass now comes with an installation tray guide. I'm waiting on delivery for the new version.

Are you going to try the 3D or 2.5D?

I currently have the 2.5D and will stick with that. I like the fact that they fit with my cases so far. I don't want a full coverage 3D since I will be using my phone with cases. If you are going nude, go for the 3D.

I use the 3D perfectly with a Tozo ultra slim case. Just use it with a case that doesn’t have a lip.

How about the 3D glass, will it fit with an Apple Leather Case?
Yes, works just fine.

The ICarez full screen 3D protector works fine in all light settings, even in full darkness at least in my experience so far, zero issues.

Thanks for confirming. Have you tried any cases with the 3D versions? I'm surprised that it fits the Apple Case. You must have installed it perfectly.

Honestly it was really hard for me to get the 3D one perfect, always had a bubble or two after applying. Eventually the bubbles disappeared on their own in a couple days. No problems with the 3D and my Apple cases (leather and silicon) or my Spigen Ulta Hybrid and that’s a very very tight case.

the icarez problem is some edges looks deeper esp viewing like this sites even when its perfectly installed.i think this a general problem if there is a black outline like icarez

I’ve been trying to figure out how to phrase it and that’s spot on. I had mine installed perfectly but noticed that the screen was VERY slightly masked by the black border when looking at it from any angle other than perfectly front and center. I also didn’t like that the black border added extra depth and made it feel like there was some distance between the surface and the screen.

The icarez 2.5D is pretty darn close to being perfect... I would have kept it on but my OCD got the best of me.

Just installed the iCarez and I couldn’t be happier. Easy install and looks excellent. For the price and the fact that it comes as a 2pack, you can’t beat it IMO.

I have terrible result with iCarez. Lots of bubbles everywhere small and large. Tried to rub the screen to push them out, they disappeared but then came back a few minutes later. I bought the red box version.
