This one looks more promising but I want to see more reviews before I buy one.

For $10, I don't see that you can go wrong. My initial order had a slight imperfection, they are sending me a new set. I sent an email out this past Monday, replacement items shipped out today Wednesday. I assume it will be the same glass but with an installation tray for an even more perfect install.

Per the reply I received from them, replacements after 30 days will be free as well but you will have to pay $2.99 for shipping. Fyi, Zagg charges $5.99.

It’s actually $16.95 on Amazon. How did you get it for $10?

After trying the iCarez red and Orlzy, I broke down and went to Apple for the Belkin. I spoke to the specialist about it and they said I could try it and if I am not satisfied, I could return it for a full refund within 14 days just like any other product sold in stores. He did a great job using the installer. The first time he got dust under it and removed it and started again. He was the one that noticed it. I may have missed it. The second time was perfect. Perfect alignment and no dust. I've had it on my phone for 10 days now and it is by far the best screen protector. I understand it does not offer full coverage but I'm not worried about the edges as I use a case that prevents those from being scratched. The biggest thing I like is how thin this is. Hardly noticeable with the swipe up move. It also seems to be much clearer than the thicker protectors. If you can stomach the price, I believe this is the way to go. Belkin will warranty the protector if it cracks or breaks. Just get a new one similar to the old Zagg warranty and take it back to Apple to be installed.
Glad you wrote that. I too decided to go with the apple installed belkin route. Went to the flagship on 5th ave in nyc, but they were out of the ones the machine installs, so they manually put it on for me. No bubbles or dust, but the alignment is just a mm or so off, which is driving me nuts. Going to go back and see if I can get it redone.

I've installed a couple and yes, there were be bubbles on the cornders

I just ordered these and expect them to arrive on Friday.

Here are a few pictures I took of the iCarez red box version. Came in a 2 pack. Installation was pretty easy. It all comes down to patience with installing these tempered glass protectors. Dust is always a problem and don’t be scared to take them off and try the install again if you’re not happy. Remove it slowly or else they’ll break of course. I removed this one 5 times until I was happy with it. I used tape to remove dust that got on the adhesive side as well. Really happy with it and I have one left once this one gets scratched or cracks.

Can it still be removed after a week or so?

Do you get the Belkin InvisiGlass Ultra Screen protector or the Anti-Glare Screen protector? I’m thinking about getting the later, but the reviews on Apple.com stink. The Apple Store install machine sounds great though.

Invisiglass

2.5D is only for $10.

I’m sure it could but I just put it on the other day. The adhesive might not hold as well but I think with patience and a little work, you could get to adhere again. Why would you need to remove it after a week?

My biggest complaint with ICarez is how long it takes them to ship. 9 days in my case and I won’t receive it until 11 or 12 days after ordering. Even their “two day shipping” is more like a week.

Same here. You mean through Amazon right? I feel like Amazon prime logo there is misleading. I get most Amazon stuff within 2-days but iCarez takes one week.

3rd time's the charm for the belkin invisiglass. stores in NYC seem to be out of the ones that are put on by the machine, so theyre doing manual installs. 1st install was slightly crooked, was driving me nuts. 2nd install had more bubbles than a shipping store, and the 3rd was on the money. dont mind the notch in the screen protector at all

Good to know. I’m headed to my local Apple Store tomorrow. Hopefully they have the InvisiGlass Ultra Screen protector machine installed ones in stock. I’m going to give it a shot, plus we get the extended holiday return policy.

Every order I placed: 4 has come in the 2 day period.

I called the Apple Store directly, but was connected with a call center rep who supports the store. The rep said that as long as you see them in stock online, you’re good. He said there are no special ones that are used for the machine install. Hmm...

So anyone care to share what are the difference between these two ? 3D and 2.5D ? What does exactly mean ?

The 3D is slightly larger and cover more than the 2.5D. Get the 3D if your case doesn’t have a lip or you want to go naked. Otherwise, go 2.5D for the better case compatibility.

I see ! Thanks ! I’m going ceaseless so I think I’m going all out with the 3D then.

3D has rounded edges. Super smooth to the touch on the edges. Typically the glass is cut bigger more edge to edge design. And it’s less case friendly. 2.5D edges are not completely rounded off. And the glass is usually cut smaller, making them more case friendly.

Yeah I’ve also spoken to a couple of reps who had no idea there’s a machine... odd

Depends on the store - some you can teach directly, some are a call center number. Even the numbers from the apple site.
