iPhone X Screen Protectors/Skins [MERGED]

I always go with belkin from the Apple store. They have a machine that will install it perfectly in seconds with no bubbles or anything. Can’t even tell I have one on my 7 plus. Looks flawless

I do not think so. The machine was made by Apple and Belkin (my understanding as told to me by an Apple Store employee last year) and thus only works with Belkin screen protectors, like this one. Notice under "Highlights" it says "Professional application available in Apple Stores with ScreenCare+ Application System:

Will Apple have the Belkin screen protectors in-store that they apply using the special device which ensures perfect installation?
 
Preordered my IPhone X last night and got the Apple black leather case ordered, now I just need to order a screen protector

What’s the thinnest glass screen protector available to order for the iPhone X guys? I wish there was some PET FILM plastic screen protectors available on Amazon for the iPhone x but there is none so I may have to get a glass screen protector for the x this time around, I generally always prefer plastic screen protectors as the glass ones are bound to break if dropped and I can’t stand how thick some of these glass screen protectors are
 
Just ordered this one to go along with my SG 256GB X. I seem to have pretty good luck out of the cheap glass protectors from Amazon...

They are all similar. I was sent a ton of cheap glass and cases from Amazon for the 7s, and they worked as well as the expensive stuff. My 7s is in pristine condition after many, many drops.
 
A screen protector, is a screen protector, is a screen protector. Just find a cheap one from Amazon or eBay.

I just read the only the antiglare one can be installed at the apple store. Thats the cheap one for 19.99. Looks like the nicer one for 40 dollars can't be installed at the apple store. But Belkin includes an installation tray and an alignment sticker. I just ordered one from apple.

Why in the world would tech armor only sell these in the Uk?!?!? I would have ordered that right now but it says no shipping to the USA. Any other USA based store has these tech armor film protectors for the iPhone X available?

Thats BS, they should do it for anyone that wants it. I thought they were all about customer support. I mean jsut cause I got mine for $7 and not $20.. lol They are all basically made from the same material.

It’s hard to pay $40 when they are $7 on Amazon. They are all basically made out of the same material. Basic hardness is 9h

I think the machine is keyed for the Belkin size screen protector. They are not all cut 100% the same.

And I agree, I've bought off brand ones on Amazon and never had a problem. Sure they may only stick properly without lifting for a few months (the quality may not be top notch), but you can easily find a 2 pack for $8. Even if you change it every 3 months for a year you're out under $20 still.

I can't stand that one, doesn't go to the edges, so looks horrible, and feels worse when swiping.
