Better idea is to make an editable Google Sheet like some of us did last year with the Touch Bar MacBooks. Pretty effective.

Location: Chandler, Arizona
Phone: iPhone X 256GB Space Gray (Verizon)
Carrier: T-Mobile
From: Best Buy
Expected Ship Date: TBD

Guys will it really make a difference if I buy the iPhone X on the app store on an iphone or if I buy it on Safari on my Macbook pro? I don't have an iPhone currently just using my Nexus 6.

App Store on iPhone will be a lot quicker. Not sure about the app on Nexus 6 but I’d imagine that to be your best bet.

What does it really matter if you’re going to put a case on it? Unless you’re using a clear case. I’m usually a case user in black leather so I’ll go with Space Grey for everything to blend in.

But IF I were to use the phone naked or a clear case, I’d go with the silver for sure, as it looks more appealing, and mostly as it hides more fingerprints/smudges.

I like the black with a case because the camera outlines look better imo. Small detail I know, but it does look better to me.

If the back of the X is anything like the back of the 8/8+ fingerprints/scatches won't be much of an issue (for me at least).

With that said, I'm leaning toward space grey. Although a part of me wants to switch it up and get the silver.

I have the SG 8+ and it’s finger prints for days on the back like a crazy. If I take the case off it’s buff attack before putting it back FYI I’m hoping the Silver X might solve that atleast visually. I’m also potentially over protective of my phones lol

I love the chrome border on the white phone (a throwback to the 3g), so it’s an easy choice for me. I voted for white 256gb.

I’ve always had black phones because I never liked the look of the white front faces. The iPhone 4 was my favorite look, with the machined aluminum sides and black back.

But this time, I’m really digging the white. Every time I see it in photos and videos, I’m just like... wow, that looks nice.

The black one reminds me of the jet black iPhone 7, which I haaaaated once I saw it in person. It just looked so cheap for some reason.

The silver/white iPhone X looks classier this time around, to me, and the black front seals the deal.

Every time I see a new "in the wild" picture or video it sways my decision to that colour.
Yep me too. I had convinced myself for weeks to go Space Grey but if I see a pic of the Silver, I change my mind and then I see a photo of Space Grey and back I go again.
I am trying to decide about how much of a finger print magnet the SG will be.

Couldn't agree more: love the combination of the white back and the black front. All in all, the X looks quite luxurious, and I think the gray rear glass gives it a less luxurious look. So yeah, I'm opting for the silver one, this matches quite nicely with my SS S2 Apple Watch.

Storage: 64 does the job for me nowadays, so why not with X? And, over here, a 256 sets me back a whopping 1329 euro's, this equals 1569 US dollars. Ridiculous.

iPhone X 256GB Silver. Hope I made the right choice, I’m very very OCD about my phones. Of course I use a case but sometimes i like using my phone without a case. The silver in my opinion would show less scratches and fingerprints, and with the stainless steel Apple watches, you can just buff out the scratches with a polish or special cloth. The “Space Grey” is very nice don’t get me wrong, but I hate fingerprints and I would be cleaning the phone so much I may scratch it myself. The coating around the stainless steel band would come off if you try to polish it (that’s what I think).

I’m getting the same configuration for similar reasons. I also think it’s a unique color combo and a nice throwback to the original iPhone. Plus, I have the jet black right now so the space gray is too similar.

Just watched a video on youtube which shows both phones very clearly. Both back are very much fingerprint magnets as shown in the lighting. The black is worse than the silver. The back of the silver phone looks very much silver than white.

Cancelled my Pixel 2 XL order due to the screen issues and the fact I don't think I can live without my Apple Watch. Currently using my 7 Plus and bought a new Series 3 Watch yesterday hoping to pair it with the X in the not too distant future. I'll be ordering the 256 GB Space Gray AT&T model.

thank

thanks for sharing this video. I think I've decided on silver now. Although the space grey matched my macbook pro, i like the chrome edges vs the black.

Space Gray 256GB

I usually get white iPhones, but I don't like the SS band. Personally I think it looks cheap, but I'm not a big fan of chrome or shiny silver in general. Since I usually run a case or dbrand, not really worried about the fingerprints on the back. Overall I think the black bands looks better.

Only using 25GB on my 128GB 7+ so I'll be getting the silver 64GB X.
Similar here, while the price to jump up to 256GB isn't much, I rarely use much storage on my phone. I stream most of my music, and my photos are backed up to Google Photos and then moved off my phone to my computer.

Totally flipping my original vote, no more SG 256, I am going silver 64. I really do not need the extra storage, and I have SG on the 8 right now and it is nothing special. The silver looks great in the photos, and since it will be in a case from day 1, it does not matter anyways!
