If you bought your new iPod touch within two weeks prior to today,

YOU WILL BE ABLE TO GET A PRICE MATCH....

(since it is Apple's warranty...)

All you need to do is to go to the Apple store, like tommorow, ask them that you got the iPod touch with no 2.0 software, and they will give you the $9.99 back....
