iPhone 11 Pro Is the iPhone 11 pro $300 better than the iPhone 11?

I was about to buy a note 10+ probably 2 weeks before iphone 11 debuted. Even after that I said f it I was not too interested in an iphone anyway because my iPad Pro is serving fine with ios 13.1 Beta 3. It wasn’t until I got the pro max first, then the iphone 11 and just fell back in love lol. I know the note 10+ is awesome there is not a bit of doubt but damn I couldn’t do it - could not fork over $1100 for that phone knowing what I know about samsung sim unlocked phones on tmobile haha. NEver again I said to myself and so I went for the iphone 11 myself..then got the 11 pro and stuck with the 11 pro.

For me personally I like using multiple phones but it’s at the point in this time period I cannot justify paying $1000+ for phones haha. I’m happy with my 11 pro for now. The max belongs to the spouse but she uses that monster for everything.

Yeah you can’t go wrong with either phone that’s for sure. My friends that have the note 10 plus swear by it. I did have the regular one cause the plus is just too damn big but it was a fantastic phone. I just love tech in general and right now it’s iPhone season. Gonna keep it till the Galaxy S11

The iPhone 11 itself is a rip off at that price with no 1080p which is tech standard. htc produced the first 1080p droid DNA in 2012 and I don't even think the phone was $699 on release lol. A oneplus 7 pro costs $669 with a fast charger out of the box and super amoled qhd. The Xs max to this day is at least $750 with a 5amp charger and 64 gig of base storage. How do you explain that?

This is the reason I am saying iphone 11 buyers getting robbed at $700 even xr users last year at $750. That phone is at least $499-$549 with 1080p screen. $700 could get s10 plus as well

I will continue to buy iPhones as long as we don’t have people like jony Ives running the show. Make the damn devices practical and fully functional not just for show. I am waiting for a 2 day battery life watch. The current gen is just not good enough. Compared to my S3, it can go on for more than 24 hours without breaking a sweat!

The only winners are the pro users. It costs apple a lot to curve OLED screens and this was the reason for the iPhone x been $1000. Now they are adding battery and more features still at a thousand. Just look at the changes from the x to now the 11 pro

There’s a bigger difference between the iPhone 8plus and 11 vs 11 and 11 pro, huge difference. From design to performance to cameras to battery life etc....I guess my point is you didn’t have an issue getting robbed when apple charge you $1100 for the Xs max and that tiny charger as well as the 64 gig based storage so it’s relative. You can’t sit here and say it’s a robbery to pay 700 for 828p vs 1080p when the iPhone 11 can do 95% of what the 11 pro can do whereas the 8 plus can’t do as much as the 11 can. I had the 8 plus because I wouldn't pay $699 again for that screen the 8 had. I went for the 1080p screen lol. I never had a 64gb iPhone so i that doesn't bother me. I have a 256gb and i dont even use 40gb of it. People use the screen 100% of the time on a phone so it has to be the only thing that you want in a phone. Charging isnt an issue for me because my phone last beyond a day.

I got the 128 iPhone 11 and then the pro 256gb. I know I could’ve lived with 64GB but I am not paying apple perpetually to store anything. I do pay the $0.99 iCloud...but that’s for all my docs and stuff to share across pc/mac.

11 all the way. $150 more for addition lens, A13 processor, better build, faceID, longer battery, U1, the list goes on. YOu just have to pay what apple dictates.

I think it’s gonna be a good phone with an excellent camera but I think the battery life is not gonna be that good. It’s supposed to have a 90hz refresh rate but a small battery.

I think 11 vs 11 Pro depends on your personal circumstances. I wanted the smallest possible phone as I have small hands. Therefore, I went with the Pro. I personally think the Pro is better looking too.

In terms of sales, the 11 is definitely the flagship, that was the Xr last year. (26.9 million Xr sales in the US alone in 2019... ) So, included the 2018 models aswell.

That video is pointless no offense. There’s a huge amount of light reflecting off of the top of the Pro Max which reduces its contrast ratio. The only way to compare the display technology is in a pitch black room otherwise they look almost identical in direct sunlight.
