that logo is hideous. holy **** was that done with paint?

they really should not be proud of this. they are trying to profit off the name of someone ultra-successful and then they tarnish it with one of the ugliest logos ive seen in my life

Hands down - THE Most pathetic loser of a logo and most unoriginal branding attempt ever. Uggghhh hahahahaha !!!

well if you are going to use Steve name as a brand at least give the name some justice, that is a horrible design for logo, what they have for inventory a few cheap shirts that the logo was put in place using an old iron, that is the oldest trick in the book, the bad news is that after a few washes the logo start to peel off, anyway, no belts, no pants "jeans" remember Steve used to wear Jeans, well I hope they don't steal the idea from me, no underwear either, what kind of company is that, oh yeah 2 broke guys looking for money, good luck with that, we love Steve but no one wants to wear a name from somebody that passed away. anybody can try to put a business but that doesn't mean that is going to succeed, they will get their wake up call very soon, after their dream come crashing down to the floor and they get a dose of reality

they will have better luck if they make a shirt with a picture of them 2 together
we suck
and a donkey getting kick with a boot up the behind
how bout that for a logo

Steve Jobs is rolling over in his grave, not because someone is using his name, but because of the god-awful logo design, an affront to all of humanity.

This. BK them with domestic and international legal defense fees. She doesn't even have to be right, just willing to outspend.

You're advocating frivolous lawsuits just because someone is using Steve Jobs' name?

SMH.

It's just a name. Let it go. He is/was not a God.

Worst. Logo. Ever.

No, this is.....

Using the mans name without permission from is family is as low as one could get.

I do not believe Apple or Steve Jobs has used someones name without permission, these scumbags are only looking for a quick buck.

They don't need permission from Apple or anyone else to use "Steve Jobs." They trademarked the name and successfully defended their use of it.

You (and everyone here who's uptight about it) might not like what they did or find their use of Steve Jobs' name to be of poor taste, but that has no relevance to the case at all.

In 2014, the European Union's Intellectual Property Office ruled in favor of the Barbatos and rejected Apple's trademark opposition.

I cannot believe that a real trial went in favor to this two scums.

Please! This is a shame!

So could you just trademark “jony ive” and make “aIfones” or “ipudz?

Yes that’s it

No, because if you made a phone resembling an iphone and called "aiphone", you would not be granted the trademark as it would be confusing for consumers.

Not the case here: last time i checked apple is not selling clothes, and most importantly it's not selling any product even remotely sounding like "steve jobs", and finally steve jobs is just a name until it's not trademarked. As a matter of fact, in the US alone there are probably a few hundreds "steve jobs" that have all the right to start their own business.

I'm not saying i like this stuff, quite the opposite.
But the guys were just smart to seize an incredibly enormous low hanging fruit that nobody saw.

I'm just surprised because here in Italy, when the Internet was just beginning, a guy actually called "Armani" was forced to shut down his 100% legitimate website "Armani.it" (not selling clothes) because of Giorgio.

Shame to them, but the world is full of ass**les making money in not so ethical -but still legal- ways.

Why would someone buy generic-looking clothing that has Steve Jobs' name on it? Seems like a really weird business.

just because you can do something doesn't mean you should. shame on these brothers for being so greedy and putting Italians in a bad light.

If their best idea is trademarking Steve Jobs name for a clothing line, then they don't have any ideas...

Laurene should sue them, there are probably a number of ways she could get them to stop on perpetual legal claims they could not afford

That option is only available in USA due to American Rule or better known as let's screw the small guy until they agree to our terms because even if the small guy wins they do not get compensated for the funds they've spent on defense.

In Italy every lawyers would want to defend them for free because they would get compensated + interest from losing party, in this case Laurene.

It’s a letter, sure. But that letter has a familiar leaf for its dot. That leaf also appears to be of familiar shape, scale, and angle as compared to some other company logo I know of . :apple:

Tastes like a little EU revenge scorn.

Despite all the ******** Apple is doing since 2016/2017, that’s just disgusting.
I would feel ashamed placing myself beside that logo and brandname to take a pic like that.
Sad world, but looks like there are many people who walks over dead bodies in search for success.
And looks like his old saying hits the nail on the head, too.

what a couple of jabronies. their clothes don’t even look good...this is why italy is no longer known for innovation.
So, graverobbing is a protected right in Italy? Why does that totally not surprise me?
just because you can do something doesn't mean you should. shame on these brothers for being so greedy and putting Italians in a bad light.
Some arrogant minds in here use two guys' (despicable) behaviour and judge a whole country. Some shallow minds in here don't even need that and spit out whatever is passing through their heads. Nothing new.
