Switcheasy.....lets see if they are any better

They aren't. I just returned my SwitchEasy Nude UltraClear. Was scratched before I even put it on my phone, was warped, ill fitting, and certainly didn't feel like anything special. They say it's GE Lexan polycarb, but they must have used the lowest grade Lexan available. I've heard of better success with the colored ones, but I'd stay away from the UltraClear and UltraBlack.

I just Emailed them and within a few minutes, received the following:

"Ivyskin will look into this, Please email support@ivyskin.com if unable to reach Ivyskin by phone and receive a respond within 12 business hours or less since Ivyskin receives over 600 calls per day. If received shipping notification then the products has been shipped, Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery, shipping charges will be refunded if the item does not deliver by July 31st. We apologize for any inconveniences.

Best Regards
Tim"

Not really. You think they would say anything more than "it was shipped," It's only a case. I will simply charge them back if I don't get it by Wed and will be done with it and them.

You guys across the pond .... IF it was shipped you really don't expect to get it in a week do you? I had a small package shipped to me from Canada (800 miles away) by 1st class mail and it took over 2 weeks. In the post 9/11 world anything in/out of the US that isn't a flat envelope takes forever to clear customs and go through security checks.

Well I have had things from Australia in 4 days, and my Iphone from China didnt even take a full week! Is the American postal system really that slow?

*Edit

Forgot I did order something from the US before...5 days delivery

Not necessarily. I sold my first generation iPhone to a guy in South America. It got there in about a week by USPS. I've had things take longer to get to Alaska. :p I guess it just all depends.

I'm not saying they shipped them (I am sure they did NOT), all I'm saying is don't necessarily expect it in a week through the mail. Frankly it should only take 2-3 days. It only takes 6 hrs to fly it there. Overseas mail is very slow.

BTW, it takes around 2 weeks for me to get packages from China and India from the day it was mailed unless I pay extra for the EMS <?> service.

they just copy and paste LOL fawk them!!!!!

Do you not think it should be USPS that we should really be contacting now? They will truthfully (fingers crossed) be able to tell us if they have left as we could write easily put in a 'Not Received' email which they will then follow up!

They could come back to us with the relevant placement which could def reveal that the cases are still sitting at the sellers address

USPS will tell you absolutely nothing you don't already know. If the items mailed weren't insured or weren't sent signature required USPS will tell you only to contact the shipper after they finish checking 30-45 days later.

While I have no doubt that these things were NOT shipped the fact is true that the lack of tracking details on the USPS site DOES NOT mean they weren't shipped. I have sent MANY items via USPS with their "delivery confirmation" with the same results as we are seeing with Ivyskin. "Delivery confirmation" is NOT TRACKING. It only CONFIRMS DELIVERY, hence the name. It is POSSIBLE that the receiving post office didn't scan the items in, they are NOT required to.

However 1st class mail should only be 1 day, at most 2 days to me and since I am only 11 or so miles from them and it's been almost a week and that proves to me either it was never shipped or their local post office burned down with the packages.

If you paid by credit card SIMPLY CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY! It's painless and they will charge back Ivyskin. If you paid by PayPal file a PayPal dispute on their website (good luck with them). Other than waiting for delivery that is your ONLY options.

So as of today 7/26, I still haven't received the case. They said they shipped my order on 7/20 using USPS First Class. I was hoping it will only take 3 days but since that is not the case, I hope that they will be here on 7/27 which would be 5 days and if it's not here by that date, I'm not sure what I'll do but it won't be nice.:p

I am in Philly, received the same email as everyone else on the 20th, it should have arrived by now.

I am not guessing, I know this for a fact as my wife's ebay business constantly gets compliments from customers in NY (NYC & Upstate) about how they receive their stuff in 1 or 2 days when shipped USPS 1st class.

I'm thinking I need to get together some of my more "jersey shore" type of friends and take a drive to their offices.
