EVERYONE should send them an email.

Send it to admin@ivyskin.com (I found that email on their PayPal payment) and copy support@ivyskin.com and tell them specifically that if your item is not received by XX date (your choice - I chose tomorrow 7/28 which is the outside of their 2-7 business days) you will file a dispute with your credit card or with PayPal.

ivyskin problems

Grr. can't reach human at ivyskin...looped answering system. ordered on 9July, shipping date was 19July, tracking info hasn't budged since. Anyone actually received their order yet???

This whole thing stinks. Just tell us what is up - we may not like the answer (like the white iPhone), but you know what - it is much better than playing us all for fools.

The shipping notification we've all received simply means a label was printed. Now it is *possible* USPS doesn't do an origination scan on a few of the shipments. But, the fact that none of us have received our case is very fishy. Even worse is the fact there are reviews on their website for the very case that clearly hasn't shipped yet. Repeat after me S-H-A-D-Y!

I bought a similar case off of ebay on Saturday. On Sunday I got the Electronic Shipping Information has been received notice at USPS. Last night that notice was updated that the package had been sorted through the Forest Park, IL sorting station. This case is being sent First Class Mail - Delivery Confirmation. The exact same shipping method as the Ivyskin case that has not updated.

Well it seems that it ended for me: after they refused to cancel my order stating that it was already shipped I started a dispute on PayPal and they quickly refunded my money, but unsurprisingly lying one more time there saying that they had already notified me they would be processing the orders on July 26th...

So for the people willing to wait a little more I wish you good luck with this company, maybe they aren't scammers but their business practices are very shady/poor for sure.

I'll be watching this thread to see the outcome of this.

I have just sent an email to the ADMIN address given earlier, I await their response

Is there anyone in America that can call up USPS and ask where their order is? has it actually been attempted yet?

Just call them up and say your a bit worried that your item has been list and they could maybe track it for you...probably back to Ivyskin office no doubt !

PayPal "quickly" refunded your money? That's strange, I just spoke with PayPal and they said there is a minimum wait of 10 days for a refund under any circumstance and another poster 4-5 messages above yours had an even less helpful response from PayPal.

I have learned my lesson. EVERYTHING is by credit card from now on. Amex would have refunded the money in 2 minutes.

Sorry, but I have to take that refund with a grain of salt. What did you tell PayPal to get them to refund you so quickly? As they so often say around here "pictures or it didn't happen." :)

For the 30th time. Unless the package was shipped insured, registered, certified or signature required there is absolutely no way the P.O. can give you any more information than you see online. They will simply refer you back to the shipper. "Delivery Confirmation" is NOT tracking. It only "confirms delivery." There is no promise by the USPS of being able to track a delivery confirmation package.

I sent an email to the admin address as well so we'll see what they say. I'm giving it until the end of day tomorrow and then I'm taking it up with my credit card company. I have other cases that I prefer anyway so my money is better spent on those.

Look I know ok !!!!

I'm just so hacked off like the rest of us, even more so were living across the pond so to speak :(:(:(

Just posted on the Ivyskin website:

Due to the unprecedented demand of the Reception Case, new orders will ship on or before July 28th, 2010

Yeah. Like I believe that!

I wonder what they mean by "new orders"...Does that mean people who go on their website and buy today, etc. or is that referring to those of us that have been waiting 3+ weeks.

IvySkin quickly refunded my money and that close automatically the dispute on PayPal (that's one of the possible resolutions).

Anyway I usually change the funding source on PayPal to my Credit Card when I'm buying for the first time on a website just to be double safe, this way if PayPal fail to honor a dispute then I call my CC company to charge back (luckily I've never had to do it).

Alien987 might be a spy and actually work for Ivyskin

lol, they wish... I ordered since July 8th and was tired of waiting really wanting to cancel my order but they refused to cancel it stating it was already shipped... Yeah sure.

No surprises the email to the admin address got the cookie cutter response that everyone else has been getting. Well regardless of what they post on their website, I'm still taking this up with my credit card company if the case isn't at my house by tomorrow.

LOL I know right?!! BS!! It's the demand of refunds

I fully expect to find the same when I get home. The tracking info still hasn't changed at all and of course their BS email response means they really don't give a ****. As long as they have the consumers' money they're happy

Run Away, Run Away

I ordered on 7/9

Got the "we've shipped " email on the 20th.

No case as of yet (the 28th)!

Spoke to the US Postal Service. The parcel with the tracking number they provided has NEVER BEEN PLACED INTO THE USPS SYSTEM. In other words, Ivy Skin was trying to pacify everyone by making it sound like they had actually shipped but has not actually shipped.

It would be a good idea to keep checking in with the tracking code guys ............ at least it's something to do lol
