WTF. They just keep extending the date and are just trying to buy time. I'm so pissed off right now.

Thanks .... I was looking at that one as well. What is strange though is it describes it as a "hard polycarbonate case" yet it shows it being "folded" in the picture. :confused:
 
Two days ago I went ahead and made a claim through paypal without directly contacting ivyskins. Today, I received my refund from them and the funds is already in my paypal account. I'm never dealing with those crooks again.
 
Well, I decided to give them a call and actually got a live person.

He looked up my order and told me "it's still on the way and that I should receive my case by July 31st"

He did acknowledge some delays and I asked him straight out if they have shipped and he said they were. He told me they gave USPS a very large shipment once and my tracking info should be updated once the package "starts moving closer to me".

Pretty much just some BS excuse but there's not much you can do. No point in asking for a refund, I'm just going to wait it out. If it sucks, I'll return it for a refund and just wait for my free case from Apple (Incase snap clear) or if it never shows up, file a disput with AMEX.

I've been going naked all along and have been extra careful with my phone, I can wait.

Ohh so they overloaded USPS with there large shipment...I can smell the BS from here, I'm sorry they shipped them over a week ago there is no way not one of us shouldn't have received it by now.

Certainly a BS excuse but I don't expect anything less from this crock company. I wonder if it's worth it for them, they will be losing plenty of customers over this.
 
I got my PayPal refund today as well. I disputed the charge yesterday.

I ordered on 7/7, canceled the order on 7/14, and received an email saying my account was refunded on 7/22. They lied about the last one.

I will NEVER buy an Ivyskin product and I doubt anyone I know will either if I hear about it....

NOW THAT'S FUNNY! I am about 12-15 miles south of them. It's been 8 BUSINESS DAYS. I could have WALKED there and BACK 7 times during that time. I wonder when it will "start moving closer to me." Maybe it's attached to The Blob and moves very slowly.

If I was only 15 miles away, I would go to their office, personally, so I could find out what the heck is going on.
 
I just received my Blink-USA ebay case that I ordered on Saturday. Piece of garbage! The case does not fit the phone - the right hand side of case is not big enough and it covers the volume and mute switches. It felt like the phone would pop right out of the case.

I sure hope that the Ivyskin case - if we ever get them - are better quality then this was.
 
When I emailed the admin address (with a CC to the support address) I got the generic message that everyone else has been getting from the support address. Not surprisingly there was no response from that admin address. Clearly nobody there reads emails or cares which is why I already took it up with my credit card company and sent them a whole bunch of paperwork. Hopefully they can clear this up quickly.

They are dirtbag scam artists. Same deal as everyone else...ordered on the 9th of July, received "delivery confirmation" on 19th of July and as of today, still no package and no change on the status of delivery. No worries, as I disputed this transaction with paypal and followed up with a phone call about 2 hours later and the customer service rep at paypal credited back my account instantly yesterday. He did say they have to still do the investigation, but my funds are back in my account.
I am only about 15 miles south of these losers, I wish I had the time to knock on their door and get a straight answer, my money back or the dang case!
I have tried to call IVYSCAM many times but of course no one answers now...I was able to speak to a live person before they started scamming people. Anyway, I left a message on their web site under questions..asking them why they are scamming people....I doubt they post it, but EVERYONE should do the same...send nasty questions to these losers.

It would accomplish absolutely nothing except wasting almost 2 gallons of gas at $2.49 x 2 = $4.98 which was 1/3rd the cost of the case anyway. Besides, all they would do is say it was shipped. It's ONLY a case. Either wait (you will eventually get it) or file a dispute with your credit card or PayPal and get a refund.

I got my dispute refund from PayPal today so I'm satisfied.
