Gotta love the credit card company. Submitted the paperwork this morning and just received notification that a credit would be issued to my account. Lesson learned never to do business with this company again.

Mail came for me already today and no case. These guys are ridiculous. If they hadn't sent out the email with the tracking information that doesn't change, I wouldn't have been so upset. The fact that the tracking information hasn't budged in a week is infuriating. I don't care if it takes the case a week to get to me but when you can't even verify that the case has actually been shipped it just pisses you off. Their canned responses and unwillingness to answer their phone doesn't help matters either.

Mine supposely shipped on the 20th of July. USPS tracking has been the same since. I just checked, below is what it says:

Label/Receipt Number: 9101 8052
Class: First-Class Mail®
Service(s): Delivery Confirmation™
Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on July 19, 2010 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later.

You should move to the US. :) No problem charging back on a debit card here.
Yup, I have Bank of America and had no issues getting an immediate credit until this matter is fully investigated (in which case they'll find out that these lying crooks didn't ship me anything and case closed *no pun intended*).

They should call the case the IvySCUM DEception Case.
LOL, I love it, Perfect name! :D

The Blink-USA case that I got today that did not fit correctly at least has excellent customer service. Sent an them an email at lunch and got a reply just now saying that they would send me another case right away. I cannot even get an answer from Ivyskin!

USPS uses fedex for their express delivery...at least they used to, don't use express very often

I just got off the phone with a friend who works for USPS. She says that scanning ALL packages with a scanning code is a top priority for USPS right now. She says that if these packages were anywhere in the system they would be scanned at each point - absolutely.

You guys don't have to keep second guessing yourselves.

They have printed out the labels but there is no package being shipped anywhere.

It's a scam, plain and simple, at this point. They are ignoring you hoping you'll be passive like the select few on this thread and just sit and wait.
