If, after taking the customers order, you learn that you cannot ship within the time you stated or within 30 days, you must seek the customers consent to the delayed shipment. That's ill-eagle (at least here in the USA). They can't recharge you without your express consent.Or they are refunding everyone because they dont have the cases, but when they do get them they will re charge you thats what the email looks like

What You Must Do If You Learn You Cannot Ship on Time

According to these rules all of our orders should be retroactively cancelled and refunds issued.
Why You Should Comply with the Rule
Merchants who violate the Rule can be sued by the FTC for injunctive relief, monetary civil penalties of up to $16,000 per violation (any time during the five years preceding the filing of the complaint), and consumer redress (any time during the three years preceding the filing of the complaint).
I'd bet that is just the "generic text" generated when something is processed. Their ecommerce system is probably as screwed up as their shipping system.

I also ordered my case over 2/1/2 weeks ago. Was promised ship by the 16th. Got the Delivery Confirm on the 21st.. Emailed the multiple times only one response as follows.....
