Keynote Stream Now Available

It'd be really great if some of you who got the file via the hi quality bittorrent could help seed it a bit...
I've left my computer on all night and I still am only 60% done (with nothing downloading most the time).

My wife watched the entire Keynote via QuickTime last evening. She enjoyed the quality of QuickTime. I'm not sure that I will spend the time to watch since I already know what he said. Not sure that a boycott would work. Chances all those that are around Steve tend to feed his ego.

i'm uploading the keynote to my websever. i know there will be a high demand for it so instead of posting the link and going over my bandwidth limit, please pm me if you are interested and you will get a link.
then maybe you could use the file to seed the torrent.

edit: the upload will be done in two hours
 
Feed the Seed!

I've been seeding all along and have also been stuck at 211MB for about 3 hours with 0K downloaded...Hopefully someone with the whole mov jumps in with the rest! Let's go share this great Keynote!

Ditto! Stuck at 213 myself.
 
I'm stuck at 213 too. It's moving, though, just REALLLLLLY slowly.


Why is it uploading though? There's 60 MB or so uploaded. Why am I uploading anything?

EDIT: see, I just hit 214.

EDIT: Wow! 214.3! It'sa miracle!....but I'm uploading like nuts, at 75 MB already.

It automatically makes whatever you've downloaded so far available for upload. It speeds up the process of dispersing files, instead of waiting for each user to download completely before starting an upload.
 
hopefully there should be some more seeds for the torrent as i just sent out some pm's with links to download the file off my webserver. anyone else interested in the link to watch it or to seed it, pm me
 
should be re-seeding the newtomac torrent in the next 10-15mins

thanks goes to 12ibookg4 for the download... as soon as it finishes (very shortly) i'll re-seed back to the newtomac torrent link and things should speed up :)

edit... just started re-seeding the file, going well so far, uploading to lots of users :) ... will leave the BT open for a while, gotta use my bandwidth up on something ;)

Does anyone know how to download the 650kbps version? It blows away the 300kbps version up on bittorrent. Unfortuantely I haven't has any success in getting get it to download. Why must Apple make it so damn hard?
 
my first post, im downloading the keynote from the BT link, i will continue to seed for 36 hours (my max upload speed is 40kBp/s :p )

BTW: im a windows user, but keen on the macs, Will invest in the macs when i see some G5 PowerBooks +Tiger :D
 
 
Yes, it looks like Apple has posted improved versions of all of them but the 650kbps version is obviously best. If anyone figures out how to download it please post here. Thanks!

Wow... Steve's head must be crowded with you in there too.

I'm assuming you're in there since you seem to know his innermost thoughts and intentions on something he has made no public statement about. You wouldn't be pulling this out of your arse, would you?

Incidentally, there have been bigger leaks prior to Jobs keynotes (G5, iMac G4) and Apple has never punished everyone by removing the live stream so your logic seems terribly flawed... some might say your assumptions are egotistical. Ironic when you think about it. :D
 
I would like to know how everyone is pulling these urls. I know that if apple streams it, there is a full reference movie somewhere. Thats what the fellow on the first page found, and it seems apple has moved it. If we figure out how he found that, we can find that file for the 650k broadcast. Any thoughts?
