Nice slim looking case, what’s with JOEY and that barcode number on the back ? reckon it would piss me off after a while. ?♂️ Can you rub them off? ?
Looking at his screen name, i think JOEY is his first name? I wonder if that is his phone number?? (Foreign phone number?)
Haha…. Nah the numbers are indicative of factory/production number or something of the sort. It’s detailed better than I did somewhere in one of these case threads. Can’t really keep track anymore.
I’ve had mine for about 3 weeks also and love it, the leather is aging beautifully
Send it back, not good enough, should be flawless for the price they're charging.
Customer service said it was normal..but i can't accept it..they give a refund 20% of the price only..?
Hmmm better than nothing I guess ?♂️ This is why I hate dealing with other companies that don’t have the same customer service as apple, mate of mine took his silicone case back to apple after almost a year, was slightly ripped, they gave him a new one.
Reckon I would of told them to shove that 20% up their ass. ?♂️?
I've got an ocean colored Bullstrap Portfolio on the way for my 12 Pro Max. Excited to get it, as the one I had ordered for my Mini looked, felt, and even smelled worlds better than the Apple leather case. But dang they are slow at actually shipping the product out. Took three days for them just to get it to the post office.
I just checked mine and sure enough. That along with the ragged-ass cutouts on the bottom are making it tough to like this case.
Strange about them not offering a full refund as I initially had ordered their case for my 12 Mini and sent it right back after finding out the MagSafe version was just around the corner. They gave me a full refund and allowed me to use the 50% off code I had received for buying that case to purchase my 12 Pro MagSafe case. I'm glad I didn't pay full price.

I got mine yesterday. Same color - but with my initials not white. I really like the case. It feels solid. I'm a little annoyed at the blaring white text but ... the feel of the case is very premium.
My favorite leather cases this year are the Bullstrap and Grams28.
I ordered mine like late January.... I JUST got it in the mail yesterday and didn't receive ANY shipping updates until last week. I thought it was a goner. lol. So it's going to take awhile.

the number may eventually come off but I am not 100% sure yet will find out in few months.Shipping took some time for sure. I provided feedback to their customer service hopefully the future shipping will be better.
I have NOMAD, Mujjo and Grams28 so far Grams28 is my top spot.. NOMAD (non MageSafe) is really good but is heavy and make the phone larger. I like Mujjo as well but that damn Saddle brown won't patina LOL!
I agree. I had the Mujjo on my XR for a short while and it was such garbage leather. The Apple brand iphone 12 cases aren't great this year, they remind me a bit of the Mujjo's but thankfully aren't as bad. I think I'll probably try the Bullstrap next.

All I care about is them refunding me or replacing a defective product. I don’t really care where a particular case comes from, where it’s made, and what materials it has…….because most of this can be found in the description of the product page.About GRAMS28

It is too much info on a product that most folks prefer to have as little branding as possible. You’re not buying a car and need a VIN number display on the hood!
