Leather Cases - Patina Proud Photos

How is everyone elses Sequoia Green holding up?
I like the green leather, but after the first week then I’m getting nervous. It doesnt seem like we're going to see a rugged gradient of green patina, it’s starting to look like we're just going to see bright green and dirty black plastic.

Note: I am NOT complaining about fading or aging because I like the look of distressed leather on cases. I'm just not sure if this is a color that will age well.
(Also, I just bought a Midnight thinking you can’t go wrong with black. But I guess Midnight is dark blue. Ugh.)
For some reason your green looks so much lighter compared to my sequoia green case lol, man I just wish they had the classic forest green colour with the old leather...
Going to keep mine since I love dark green (miss the midnight green iPhone...), but will probably look what bulls trap and others have up their sleeves.
Ooof. That color looks like the inside of a baby diaper. Seriously check out the platinum Norween leather from Best Buy. You won’t be sorry.
I can't seem to get an Apple Leather case that I'm satisfied with. One the buttons seemed hard to press, one the Apple logo wasn't very prominent and another was marked down one side. Is anyone else having difficulty getting a "perfect" Apple leather case?
Oddly enough I found mine at Target after many attempts through Apple. I wasn't too concerned about how the Apple logo looked itself, but many of the ones I purchased had odd buttons where there was basically no feedback when pressed (which is strange because they are usually very tactile).
Yeah, that's what I found on one case. Do Apple mind how many you buy and send back? I've bought 2 off them so far but for the price might try again.
Considering the iPhone 12/13 square edge phone design and poor quality leather cases, I would have gone with Silicone if it werent for two things. Metal Buttons (only on leather) and Price.
With pricing, Apple Silicone cases should literally cost $10. There is nothing premium about Apple Silicone so I really wish they priced these at $20 and encouraged "buy multiple colors" rather than $50 for a case that disintegrates in 10 months.

There is no limit as far as I know...as long as you make the return within eligible window. The support specialist making the return doesn't look at your order history, they simply just process the one in front of them.
How do you explain cases like the best buy leather being sold for BOTH phones?
I could be wrong but it's my understanding that 12 cases Won't fit 13 but 13 cases WILL fit 12

It really depends on the vendor. I have tried a clear case from 12PM and the camera cut out was just a bit too small for the 13PM and wouldn’t fit.
I ended up ordering a Midnight leather after seeing all these pictures (on sale at Verizon for $45). My first leather case.
Just picked up the Platinum. The quality really can’t be denied. I have a few other Horween leather products from Nomad so I kind of figured it would be great. The charger cutout is a bit sharp and is where my pinky lands when I hold the phone so hopefully that doesn’t bother me too much.
Besides the camera cut out only difference is thickness and it is nothing ~ dollar bill thickness basically. Guessing we will see quite a few companies start to include both to save costs.
Do any of the Apple brand cases allow the back of the phone to sit flat? Or is the camera bump just too big? I’m guessing the case would have to be really bulky to sit flush with the cameras. I’ve included pictures of my 3 Xs cases after 2+ years of rotating use.
