Hey does anyone have notice on Apple Magsafe Leather Midnight case, there are some slight stripes/marks, only visible from daily light condition?!
You can see there is huge one just below Apple logo
On mine its like several tiger stripes, its brand new (less than 1 month), i think its was already there when i received the case for the first time

"but strange the new crappy apple leather didn't do this" -> so the apple leather case is crappy because it's coated in some sort of plastic. That also means that it's sealed in and is the reason it wears so terribly.
Andar cases are not coated, but they are listed as "Premium Full Grain Oil Waxed Leather." What you're seeing on the charger is that oil/wax treatment (which is there to protect and condition the leather, keeping it soft and hydrated) sticking to the charger. Strange that it doesn't wipe off, but that's probably due to dye.
These marks are normal. They are small creases in the leather where it was folded or rolled before being made into the case. They are not a flaw, and they serve to give the case character in my opinion. My Andar has some really nice lines in the navy and tan portions that I love seeing in the sunshine.
Did the edge already darken? Like last year Baltic Blue. Losing the painted color instead of patina?
Yes, darkened a little. But to me, it's more like patina than color peeled off. Way better than last year's leather cases. Last year's have been the worst leather cases in years
I still keep my Baltic blue case from last year. The difference in feel and quality is obvious.

It would be awesome if Apple released a natural “saddle brown” leather. No coatings.
New versus 5 months of usage with the camel tan Andar. Daily Magsafe usage.
Could you please post some more pictures of different angles? The golden brown case got an horrible patina and I’m wondering if the sequoia green got the same issue, if not I’m buying one

Haven’t had that urge in a while. The Ultra Hybrid with black MagSafe hardware is probably my favorite case in a long time. That combined with the Spigen Glass-tR screen protector is just so smooth. Hides all the scratches on my screen, too.

Naah don't think soI took my iPhone 13 Pro out of the dark green Apple leather case, something I do about once a week to clean the phone, and the case just snapped next to the power switch.
Will Apple replace it, is it even worth taking it to them to see what they will say, or will it be a case of "user error"?
You should push at the back, just beside the camera lenses when you wanna get it out of the cover.
Decided to finally give bullstrap a try, so here it is brand spankin' new next to my camel tan Andar case(~5 months of usage) and me dusty ole saddle brown magsafe wallet that I hardly use any more. The bullstrap case does not smell nearly as strong or good as any of my previous leather cases did at first, but it looks pretty though the corners do feel and look dry af.
Oh and it was quickly clear that it has the weakest magnets compared to andar and the oem apple case.

Beautiful!! But don't know why each time I purchase and use this transparent case! It becomes yellowish after a few days!
Can somebody recommend to me where to buy and how much cost it can be?
