Reached out to Andar regarding the poor fit on my second Aspen and they’ve sent out a third free of charge. They made me send back the first one but didn’t mention that this time. Hoping for a fit that protects all parts of the phone.
Andar did the same for me, but my original complaint about the fitment remains. The BullStrap is far superior in that department
That will be my first and only leather case for my next phone. Wish I had started there.
Dropped my 12PM Bullstrap from about 4ft onto smooth concrete and it destroyed the corner. Broke the shell and ripped the leather. First and only drop within like a month of use. They’re replacing it for free and even let me change the color to bourbon. Pretty cool.

Idk if that’s a normal thing or not. I filled out their warranty form and never heard back. After a week I chatted with them online and they said they would get back with me. Couple days went by and nothing so I chatted again. They said they’d send it in and get right back and still didn’t. I had waited almost 2 weeks and decided to email them instead of chat. I was getting annoyed and they finally responded saying the warranty claim form had been messing up for a couple weeks could you please re-fill it out again. I did and got a quick response and a replacement mailed the next day. I asked if I could switch colors and it shows on the shipment that they did. Still waiting on it. So could be because I had so much trouble is why they swapped colors. Not sure though lol
There’s no lip at the bottom of the case, no matter how hard I push it in. The first one I ordered had the same problem.What was wrong with the fit? I just ordered one.
Day 14.
Not much change. Maybe a slight hint of darkening at the edges and by the Apple logo. The original pic was taken with an iPhone 6S so quality won’t be the same.

The new Aspen came in yesterday. Same issue as the first two: my screen protector sits higher than the lip of the case at the bottom. I give up.
My Aspen has the same issue. I just received my navy Aspen a couple days ago and I’m considering asking for a refund. Are you going to keep yours or get a refund?
I even considered trying to shave down some of the microfiber lining inside the case toward the bottom ?
I hadn’t planned on it but considering I’m now on my third attempt maybe they’d be willing to compensate me for all of the time I’ve expended dealing with it.
Edit: Having said that, I’ll probably refrain since I am currently using the new one and enjoying the smell/look. Just hope I don’t drop it face down…
Yeah I think I’m going to keep mine as well cause the quality of the leather and smell is just amazing. Plus, as long as we have a screen protector on, it should be good. ??
Well I think the screen protector is more likely to crack because the bottom sits higher than the lip of the case. Oh well for me though. This is my first time using one in as long as I can remember and I only got it because Spigen gave me a deal when I was purchasing their Ultra Hybrid and my 13 Pro screen is covered in scratches.

I bought the Apple clear case in september, when i bought my iPhone 13. It's still clear, and no sign of yellowish.Beautiful!! But don't know why each time I purchase and use this transparent case! It becomes yellowish after a few days!Can somebody recommend to me where to buy and how much cost it can be?

Are Bullstrap cases also known for a decreasingly smaller lip as it nears the bottom of the case? My Andar does that. I saw some reviews on Bullstraps website from customers that have the same issue ?.
