Bullstrap feelst a little bit sticky, nomad is soft.
I also have Nomad and I still prefer Bullstrap. Yes it gets a little sticky but that’s with consistent use. When I grab my phone in the morning it’s stickiness is gone. Usually it gets a little more grippy/sticky when I use it all day. Nomad wears way too fast and not in a good way. Bullstrap marks up as well, but it heals a lot faster imoDo you have Nomad as well? I was being stupid and wanted to force patina on my Nomad English Tan case and I've put coconut oil on it. Now it has like a waxy film on it, and leaves finger trails even tho I wiped it a lot. Is there a way to bring it back to normal?

Leave it in the sun a few times. Also, just use it like that. It should get more drier with wear.
I'll try that. Just can't get over the awkward feeling it has and the dust it collects now. Thanks for the advice.
Not my best shot, but I caved and picked up the Ocean Bullstrap. So far, I like it, but I still prefer the Nomad experience (packaging, fit, leather smell, etc). Regardless, I’m excited to make the Bullstrap my daily for the foreseeable future. See here for the Bullstrap alongside the Nomad leather cases (plus a Caudabe Clear case for fun)

Nomad is my favorite, but Bullstrap is a great second option. The fit is actually very close to the Apple Leather case for (which is still the best fit/size, IMO)
Guys, I saw an unused Bullstrap case in black on my local selling site, so I ordered it for basically half the price of that on their site, plus the customs would be a lot for Europe. That's why I bought it, even though I would like a version that would patina more. Does anyone have a black bullstrap case for some time and would like to share some pictures?
I loved the Nomad build and finish. Unfortunately the size wouldn’t work with my belt clip, made it slightly longer, and the hole was too deep for my Pro Clip car cradle, so I couldn’t make the connection to CarPlay.
Bullstrap has been the best experience so far. The open bottom shows off the phone color, and it fits my other accessories.
Guys do you have the same issue with the Nomad case that the corner where is the camera is moving, easily come out the case??

Same here lol. What made you go back? I keep going back and forth from Bullstrap to apple leather with my MagSafe wallet as well.
It just feels better. The buttons are perfect and the bottom is miles better than the Nomad it unseated.

I use a small dab of earthquake putty in the bottom two corners as well as using it on the bottom edge of the MagSafe Wallet. Maybe it’s a California thing, but earthquake putty is great stuff for keeping things from moving (like picture frames hung on walls) yet being able to remove them without creating any damage.
