Do you also notice that the MagSafe wallet actually makes the phone/case more ergonomically comfortable to hold? It’s almost like padding ?.It just feels better. The buttons are perfect and the bottom is miles better than the Nomad it unseated.

I like that a lot. Shameless rip on Bullstrap but I prefer the logo at the bottom.I‘ve received a new case today.

Can‘t wait to see how it will patina
Yes it has an open bottom like the Bullstrap. I just checked. I was hoping it would be closed bottom. I’m tempted to try kings loot cause it’s closed on the bottomI like that a lot. Shameless rip on Bullstrap but I prefer the logo at the bottom.
Does it have an open bottom like the Bullstrap?
I was thinking of getting a Bullstrap but it would have cost me ~ 150$ to get it delivered to Germany. I‘m so glad I found this case here in Germany for just 40$.I like that a lot. Shameless rip on Bullstrap but I prefer the logo at the bottom.

Good to hear you like it. I can do the open bottom but the button area is an immediate disqualify for me. I prefer the consistent coverage of a case like Apple’s.I was thinking of getting a Bullstrap but it would have cost me ~ 150$ to get it delivered to Germany. It has the open bottom like the Bullstrap, I actually like that. But the sides where the buttons are are open too which I don’t like as much but it’s ok. It comes with MagSafe as well.
Looks nice from the back but it has open sides and open bottom. https://www.bullazo.com/en/iphone-1...eather-cognac_brown/30-engraving-no_engravingI like that a lot. Shameless rip on Bullstrap but I prefer the logo at the bottom.

Same here. Sometimes I’ll rock the Bullstrap. But for everyday usage I prefer the covered bottom. Have you ever tried the kings loot case? I’m curious, cause I know you like trying a bunch of different leather cases like I do.Good to hear you like it. I can do the open bottom but the button area is an immediate disqualify for me. It seems like the leather dried out. Have you tried applying moisturizing cream? Remember, leather is like skin.Hy everyone,
I’m here to tell you my experience after one year of collecting different leather cases..
Well my conclusion is that leather is as beautiful as delicate.
I don’t know if I’m particularly unlucky or what but every time I try a leather case the result is always the same… leather damaged..
You’ll wind some pictures for example.. at some point without any signal, I start to see some spots in the leather, and after some day those spots become even bigger and uglier!
As you can see the problem I faced and i’m still facing with Bullstrap ocean was present in Andar and Decoded as well..
I don’t know if you guys can tell me exactly why this happen..I think maybe is related to the sweaty hands after running or training but not sure…
Now i understand why Apple decided to put this bad coating on their cases!!
To me that looks like damage from friction of the case rubbing up against something rough and abrasive. Normally the oils from your hands combined with it being in things like jean pockets would polish the leather to a shine. Was this phone kept in a bag or against some other object regularily that would be rubbing wearing it down?Hy everyone,

Do you keep yours keys in the same pocket as your phone? It looks like it’s been rubbing against something pretty abrasive.Hy everyone,

I tried with leather balm but didn’t improve…It seems like the leather dried out. Have you tried applying moisturizing cream? Remember, leather is like skin.
Nope i keep the phone in my pocket most of the time or laying on my desk with the screen down so that the case don’t touch on anything..To me that looks like damage from friction of the case rubbing up against something rough and abrasive. Not at all…I’m always very careful with my phone and with the case..The andar is more damaged because I tried to improve the situation but everything I do creates more damage…the spot in the beginning was thinnerDo you keep yours keys in the same pocket as your phone? I would hit those with a leather oil, or coconut oil and then massage them with my hands for a while to help that oil penetrate and re hydrate. If you're carrying it in your pocket I'm guessing its the edges of that little mini useless pocket in jeans rubbing the back of your case. Perhaps your pants have a rough denim or rough stitch thats rubbing the case to aggressively. I'd suggest flipping your phone so the case side is out and the glass side is against your thigh. Maybe that will prevent it. Over time you should be able to bring that leather back if it goes back to rubbing against the soft side of your pocket. Not at all…I’m always very careful with my phone and with the case..The andar is more damaged because I tried to improve the situation but everything I do creates more damage…the spot in the beginning was thinner
Something is definitely eating your leather. Have you tried doing weekly maintenance sessions with the balm?I tried with leather balm but didn’t improve…
First I’m hearing. I’m give em a look. Who knows, might need to reset with the next gen hardware. ?Same here. Sometimes I’ll rock the Bullstrap. But for everyday usage I prefer the covered bottom. Agree, also have to admit all my complaining about the apple being sticky and horrible has gone now it's winter here, it feels great, guess it's the nomad for summer and apple leather for winter lol.It just feels better. The buttons are perfect and the bottom is miles better than the Nomad it unseated.
Summertime here and my Apple leather feels perfectly fine. It’s even got a hint of a natural leather smell that definitely wasn’t there early on. Maybe I’ve worn through the sticky coat of whatever?Agree, also have to admit all my complaining about the apple being sticky and horrible has gone now it's winter here, it feels great, guess it's the nomad for summer and apple leather for winter lol.
I think it's a humidity thing not so much high temps, we only get 28-30c mostly here but 90-100% humidity, and rained most of summer too.Summertime here and my Apple leather feels perfectly fine.
