Should be fine. They state it has to be/look unused, for resale purposes I assume being a small company.
If you’ve only used for a few days, they won’t be able to tell.

Are you in the US? Just curious cause I want to return my RL closed bottom case too but they say you have to pay for return shipping.
Well It seems the oh-so-reliable USPS dropped the ball. Still shows delivery by 9:00 tonight but my mail guy just came and went and no dice. It shows it arrived at the distribution center yesterday which is like two miles from me but no movement from there.
Peeved to say the least.

I am in the UK and yeah, I paid for return shipping.
Well, I said paid, I used a work account to send it back.
I’d be very surprised if they paid for returns unless obviously faulty

Finally got my RL cases. Left to right all 15PM.
Used since october RL, new open bottom RL and new closed bottom RL. Very happy with how the leather feels a little more treated than the open RL as in it’s not as dry, but it feels way better than my previous andar cases.

Saddle brown used daily at work since October 23rd. Oils and sweat from work kinda help it along.

The case has now departed the regional distribution center but the expected delivery of 2100 last night disappeared after the time came and went with no new estimate.

Arrived at Hub: Preparing for Delivery is the latest chapter in the spellbinding epic saga. They bit their thumbs at me and pushed out the expected delivery to tomorrow for a little salt in the eye.
I’ve always sworn by the post office because their tracking is typically pretty accurate. I’m guessing Bullstrap is paying as little as possible for shipping so they take their sweet time. Deliveries from Amazon are like greased lightning.
USPS has been pretty good for me, historically. but there's definitely been a few mishaps lmao
If I wasn’t working I’d be over there asking what the hang-up seems to be. Hell, I’d be happy to deliver it myself free of charge.
This thread has become more about shipping than patina proud photos. 🤷♂️
Only Bullstrap case I ever owned was in the Cloud color, I loved the feel of that case, I'm intrigued about the Ocean color way
