Just hold it for a minute then sniff your hands instead. Way less weird. I had forgotten how strong that smell is on a new Bullstrap.

i love the open bottom. RL leather feels a lil different in the hand and this is a little thinner than the bullstrap. both excellent cases though.

If you’d prefer a closed bottom, sure. Andar is great and I love mine mostly for its color, but personally I prefer the leather & feel of my Bullstrap.

Nah that’s what mine feel like too, the leather just seems a bit thicker on all of my RLs when comparing against BS.

The only thing I find annoying at the RL is the absurdly high lip. Other than this it's an excellent case

Wife somehow filled up the boot around my 4WD shifter with water, which happens to be where my phone sits while I drive. Phone is good, Bullstrap soaked up a bunch so I now have a water line across the back.

Definitely the worst luck I’ve had with cases in a while, maybe ever. Time for another warranty claim I guess.
