I find it takes a couple days to adapt to any new case. Focus on the things you like about the case. The things you dislike will eventually be forgotten.

That’s not surprising to me. Their cases are fantastic but their customer support was awful when I tried to claim last year. I guess at $35 you just don’t worry about warranty.So just looked on BS site, and I see a little bit of fine print. Looks like they say final sale won’t be covered by the lifetime warranty. Weird because they left the card in my box, and it let me register. Said I could file a claim online. Very mixed messages.

100% agree. Not surprised at all. And at $35 I didnt expect a warranty at all.
Hahahaha ah yes! Top grain/ full grain. Well $35 I guess it really doesn’t matter much. That’s the only reason I even tried the case. Didn’t even think a warranty was possible.
I am pretty sure originally all their products are covered by warranty. They just didn’t update/pull out the warranty cards in their boxes. Same as someone said earlier, their marketing team failed. 😞

Yeah for sure. They should honor it in some way, but I would never expect it.
Not surprised. If I still had the option of using the apple leather case I would.
I think if you gave it more time you’d grow to love it when the Patina starts. But I understand, change is hard.
One week in on the Luckycoin and the leather has softened up so nicely. It’s no longer slippery and is a pleasure to hold in hand. Still smells so nice and I think this case is going to age beautifully. I think this really is the one for me. So happy this thread convinced me to buy it
As soon as I saw it, I knwe it was the one for me. I don't change cases much at all so this has been my daily for nearly 6 months. I really love it.
Even with apple leather quality going down, it makes me sad there is no option for them any more with iPhone 15 onward. The fit is generally perfect
such an L. and a nice 'feature' of <=iPhone 14 models to have the option
I wonder if they're going to continue fine woven this year or mod it or throw some other type in the mix
