Yay UK has shipped

Mine has just this second changed status to shipped :D

I checked the UK Apple Store 5 minutes ago and it still said 'Prepared for Shipment' but then I just checked again and now it says 'Shipped'....

I ordered mine through the UK Apple Store approx. 5 minutes after it came back up the other day..

Anyone from the UK know how I can track this shipment ?

I am extremely loyal to MR...I will take step by step unboxing pictures and then install it if I have time. I think it'll come in the morning because it shipped at like 4 am yesterday...it has shipped almost 24 hrs ago.

How can I prove they are real pictures (besides them not being "blurry" and taken in an elevator lol)?

But by the time I get it, others will surely have posted unboxing pictures. But I promise the first thing I will do is post unboxing pictures.
 
my order shipped yesterday and is with TNT in the UK - i suspect since i'm shipping it to a business address TNT might Mess up the delivery slot of 26th and do the delivery today :rolleyes:

Today the Macbook goes to work with me :cool:

How are you tracking your shipment ? When I click the 'Track this shipment' button on the Apple Store I just get 'Order Number Not Found' in the new window it opens..
 
In transit to customer! to be delivered on or before 26th. The only thing is, even if it comes today, I am way to busy to do anything to it until Friday night anyway!
 
Update for UK users...

My Shipment Tracking page has now come online at Apple and it says my delivery date by TNT is the 26th October.

So it appears those of us who pre-ordered will be receiving it tomorrow.. :D

seems apple do not release the tracking numbers always just your 80order number apecode helps out sometimes here if it's coming from china via flights but if not then it'a already here in the UK and at the sorting office.

a call to apple will get your true tracking number, which i'll do at 8.00am lol

I feel a presence in the force today, My order TNT has ;)

My copy is showing as shipped by Purolator as of 9:48pm tonight. YEAH! Apple loves CANADA!!

Ditto, although mine says UPS rather than TNT. "In Transit to Customer - Shipment on Schedule" :) UPS have no details of the packet yet though.
 
Apple UK shipped my copy yesterday via TNT, and it should be with me tomorrow. Apple's estimated delivery dates have never let me down, so I'm pretty sure I can get excited now! I can't seem to track via TNT just yet, but should be able to later today.

/me cancels Amazon UK order.

I'm so pleased I had these forums and you guys to get me by. I only switched to Mac back in February, and this is probably the last big test remaining: what is an Apple O/S like on day one? Vista in the first month was so bad that I sold my PC and bought a Mini (and since bought a MacBook Pro in June, iPod Touch in September, iLife, etc - I'm a true convert).

I can't wait!
 
Amazon UK?

Anyones Amazon UK order shipped yet? I am started to regret canceling my apple online one and going for amazon due to the ship date of the 24th... its now the 25th and still hasnt been shipped! :mad:

My copy has also shipped now, in transit with TNT. Im from Denmark, so I really hope I get it tomorrow, allthough it says delivery will be 30th of october :/, it was shipped 24th of october.

TNT are having issues finding the item but the Apple rep say's he'd think it would be out for delivery today -as it was handed over to TNT yesterday , he will e-mail me when he can comfirm
 
I had an email at 23:35 UK time last night saying that my order had been shipped - YAY!

I went into the order status and went into the UPS website (www.ups.com), pasted in the order number and .... nothing.

"UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Please verify your information and try again later"

I'll be checking throughout the day!! :D
